Hi Cierra J., how does your business help the community?
I am an entrepreneur and Real Estate Investor who has a passion for inspiring my community. With my business Ambitious girl I teach young girls how to walk in faith and confidence. I believe encouraging the next generation of female leaders is extremely important and devote my free time to volunteering with organizations who do just that. I have created worksheets & programs that help young girls dream big and step out in confidence

What should our readers know about your business?
As an entrepreneur I am constantly facing hardships. My faith in God and support from my family has kept me encouraged and able to overcome any adversity that comes my way. I want the world to know, there will always trials and tribulations but when you adjust your mindset and focus on your purpose and how your can be a light to others you will always prevail. It was not easy to quit my corporate career & walk in my purpose all while being a newly wed and starting a family but it has been worth it. I am blessed to be in a position where I can be my own boss, work towards building generational wealth for my family and pour into my community. I have learned on my journey to block out the background noise! Meaning ignore the unsolicited advise or opinions of others who may not understand your calling. Once you can do that and you fully know your worth you will be unstoppable.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My go to places are C&S seafood, Milk and honey ,Toast and the aquarium!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my shout out to my husband Yung lan & daughter Indira, also my parents Carlos & Rhonda and siblings Ceriah, Carlos & Cj Ri’chard who support and encourage me endlessly.
