We had the good fortune of connecting with Ciara Pardee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ciara, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Success is in the journey not the destination.
Success can look different for everyone but for me personally success is the freedom to make all the family events, help others succeed all while leaving a legacy.

Habits that have helped me get to where I am today are contributed to a few areas of my life.

Watching my parents grow up and seeing how hard working they were and still are to their goals made me realize just how much you can reach success when you speak it into existence.

One other major habit came from my love for the gym. Being an avid gym goer made me realize when you set a plan/goal and stick to the plan day in and out you can reach your goal.

With real estate I took all those lessons along the way and kept pushing past every hurdle and I will continue to push past limits to help others and leave a legacy!

What should our readers know about your business?
Real estate has been such a blessing, the connections, the people who I’ve helped and yet they’ve helped me as well, the forever lasting relationships. I started in real estate a year ago and have seen such great success with hard work & dedication you can make it in any career you set your mind too!

I’ve learned that not only is it about helping people purchase a home or buy an investment property but it’s more than that, it’s helping them build generational wealth for their families family.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely visit the Georgia
aquarium and swim with the whale sharks, that has been a highlight for me since I did that.

I would also check out the Bottega restaurant in the Marietta Square. One of my favorite pizza and Italian restaurants.

If you’re looking for a spot to grab drinks I would highly recommend, Silla Del Toro in the Marietta Square.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Without my parents I wouldn’t be who I am today, they have helped shape me into the person I am. All their love and support never went unnoticed! Along with God!

I would also like to shoutout my brother Tyler for being such a big role model in my life and helping me succeed, his never ending support has meant the world to me!
