We had the good fortune of connecting with Christine Nicole and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christine, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Staying true to myself and being ME! Your target audience loves you, who you are and what you stand for. Realizing who my target audience is was a game changer. You can do everything right but if you are reaching and targeting the wrong people you won’t make it anywhere. If you aren’t being authentic and true to yourself you won’t be able to grow. Imitating or copying others will have you watching for their next moves instead of making your own. To make a real impact and draw your customers in you have to be YOURSELF! People want to trust you and know they will be taken care of and you are true to your word. Especially as a growing business! If you learn this you will be on your way to success.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I created Bhad Behavior for women who are different, like to stand out, and want to express themselves through fashion. A Bhad Behavior Bhaddie is a beautiful, badass woman who is a hustler and a go getter. When she walks in a room she turns heads and has all attention on her. To have BHAD BEHAVIOR is all about being yourself and loving the person you are! You do whatever you want and look BHAD while doing it. It’s all about having confidence in yourself! A Bhaddie is unstoppable and inspires everyone around her. Is fun and gives off an addicting energy, no one can deny her presence. It’s her, the IT girl, she’s a trend setter!
What makes Bhad Behavior different is we create our own trends and don’t stick to what every one else does. That’s always been important to me. Growing up I dealt with bullies trying to make me “follow” them and their “rules”. I’ve always been one to do what I want and not follow the typical. I created Bhad Behavior for women like me, who don’t mind being seen as different and want to make their own mark.
When I started Bhad Behavior in 2019 I started out only online. I moved into my first space in 2020 into a small 120sq ft space filled with clothing it looked like a closet. At that time I also offered makeup services. I never expected to expand into a 1000sq ft space offering photoshoots, rentals, vendor space, hosting events, classes, ebooks, graphic design and more. It’s crazy how your purpose and vision for your brand can change over time. When you have a passion for so many different things it’s a blessing to be able to do it ALL. I remember when I held my first event, Bosses & Brunch. There was such a great turn out, such positive feed back which inspired me to create Influencher.
Influencher is a group on Facebook that brings influencers together, offers support, opportunities and content events. I have always loved helping people and creating Influencher really ignited a fire in me. Being able to help influencers and models starting out to get to where I am. Being paid by big brands such as Good American, Adore Me, Parfait, Fashion Nova, Beauty Blender, Nyx and more. There is so much more to come, from events, to mentorship opportunities and management.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite spots to visit while in Atlanta is The Bakery Cowork. I think it’s such an amazing space for Business owners to come together, network, and brain storm ideas. Another spot to check out is Gurl Mobb Museum. Such an awesome space to make content and so many other opportunities such as events. My top two go to places. Mz Skittlez is definitely an inspiration!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I wouldn’t be where I am without my amazing husband and kids. I am so thankful to have such a strong support system pushing me and encouraging me. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today with out them. From helping me paint, decorate, set up events, tag new items, and take content. They put in so much work to help make my dream come true. I do everything for them to leave a legacy for them to take over when they get older.
