Hi Charneeta, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

My thought process behind starting my own business was simple. I believed in myself and knew that I had a passion for coaching and helping others. My life path and experiences further support the journey of me starting my own real estate coaching business.

I am a dedicated real estate professional with more than 20 years of combined success in real estate transactions, project management, education/training, and creative services!

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Art Education and a Master of Art Education Degree. My combined education, work, and practical experiences allow me to take business and creativity to a new level in the real estate game!

What should our readers know about your business?

Readers should know that I truly love helping others grow and learn how to be successful in the real estate business. Coaching comes naturally to me. My business is built on building long-lasting relationships one client at a time. The thing that sets me apart is that my service is designed to help agents who feel like they are “floating” and need more guidance, understanding, and direction in the real estate business. I too used to be that agent and unfortunately, I feel like we become overlooked when we implement the practice.

My coaching services are unique in the sense that it’s not just “training”. It’s not teaching you “how to” write contracts, or your firm’s policies and procedures, my training guides you through day-to-day practice, motivate you and help you brainstorm and come up with processes and systems that work best for you in your unique setting. I celebrate the wins with my clients, and I also hold them accountable when needed.

My coaching is designed to bring out the best in every agent-client. We are all uniquely designed and let’s be honest, we are in real estate for the flexibility it offers and the ability to creatively think outside the box to come up with ideas and solutions. My agent-clients and I come up with solutions together. Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in a firm – my services help ground agent-clients and build their confidence ultimately guiding them to finding their place in the business.

The journey of getting to where I am today was a process and not easy. However, I will say it flowed – and that’s how I know I’m supposed to be doing this. My background in education, adult training, art, project management, and real estate prepared me for this day and journey. Every day isn’t easy. I’m constantly learning new things. However, as long as I continue to learn – that means I’m growing. The more I grow the more I will be able to pour into my agent-clients.

I would like the world to know that my services and brand are committed to building long-lasting relationships, built on integrity, trust, and compassion, one agent-client at a time.

I genuinely take pride in helping others and through the journey, my village expands and will continue to expand throughout the world! The business of real estate exists everywhere. To be able to help others grow in it is amazing and truly my passion!!
