Meet Celi Viloria | Professional Organizer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Celi Viloria and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Celi, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have loved organizing and styling for as long as I can remember. As a child, I always had a passion for organizing, decorating and styling spaces. Growing up in my parents’ house, I enjoyed finding different possibilities for how I could rearrange things to make sense and look beautiful at the same time.
After graduating from a Business Administration and Accounting program, while I was working on my Masters’ degree and working as a Tax Auditor, I realized that it was not the field I was passionate about. Then, I moved to the U.S. I tried to find a career in the field I went to school for. I found a job as an Accountant Assistant and I got convinced this was not the field for me.
Starting all over
I decided to follow a more fulfilling path. I wanted to do something that I enjoyed, love, and I look forward to do it every day.
Not sure about my next step would be, I found a job as a nanny since I also love children.
Working as a nanny was probably where everything started for me. When the baby I was watching slept, I found myself organizing. First, the babies‘ room, then the entire house! Just because I truly enjoyed it.
As I remembered the endless hours I’ve spent in my room organizing, planning and styling when I was a child, and how it made me feel, organizing somehow came to my mind as a career path.
Creating CeliOrganizer
It finally clicked me. I researched and found out that professional organization companies existed. I imagined myself organizing, helping people enjoy their homes and having the satisfaction of making people feel happy, which is also one of my passions.
That day, I created CeliOrganizer. I designed the website, opened social media accounts, and started looking for organizing jobs as I spread the word about my new organization business.
I immediately found my first client to whom I provided weekly services for two years. I was sure it was the beginning of a beautiful and exciting new career.
I am so thankful for the incredible support I have received from my amazing clients, my former bosses, my family and friends. I look back and it amazes me how, since 2018, CeliOrganizer has brought joy and order into hundreds of people’s lives. None of this could have happened without their support.
I started my business following my passion. I’ve learn that there is nothing more satisfying than doing what you love. Following my passion changed my life and, what is even better, I encourage others to do the same!
Discovering my passion was a long process, but after I found it, and I pursue it, I live a more fulfilling life. What I do every day is beyond rewarding! I help relieve stress and help improve my clients’ lives! I make people so happy while having so much fun!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I felt in love with Atlanta since I moved here 6 years ago from Venezuela. Here is the list of my favorite places where I would like to take my friend to:
The top of Stone Mountain, for an amazing view of the city.
Canoe of the Chattahoochee River for lunch.
A quick tour around Centennial Park, Piedmont Park and the Botanical Garden.
Sun Dial Restaurant in Downtown for a spectacular sunset view.
Dinner at my new favorite restaurant Sugo in Johns Creek.
If my friends can stay for the weekend, I would take him to the beautiful Tallulah and Amicalola Falls.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate my Shoutout to my amazing clients, for trusting me to do what I love in their homes.
To my former bosses Emily and Julie, who supported me from the beginning and continue to support me every day. They have become family!
To my amazing team, who work so hard and are passionate about organizing and transforming others’ lives as I am.
To my husband, who supported me and encouraged me to do what I love, and to my family and friends.
