Meet Cassidy Jones | Founder and CEO of LOL Burger Bar

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cassidy Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cassidy, what do you attribute your success to?
The driving factor behind the success of the LOL Burger Bar brand is experience. In everything we do it all falls back on this. There are three pillars that drive our brand. They are Quality, Service, and Experience. We promise to provide our customers with quality products, superior customer service, and a memorable experience that keeps them coming back for more.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
LOL Burger Bar is a concept that specializes in creative gourmet burgers, wings and shakes. We offer a chef inspired menu but also allowing our customers to get creative by creating their own chef inspired burgers. What sets us apart from every other burger joint is our attention to quality, service and experience. We may look like a fast food joint at first glance but we are serving gourmet burgers with premium meats and toppings alongside superior service that you would typically find in a high end restaurant. I am most proud and excited about the opportunity to open a second location at the top of 2025. Getting where we are today took and still takes great sacrifice as I continue to build this brand into a household name. It’s not easy. It is actually probably the hardest thing I have ever done. There are many times where I cried and questioned if this was really God’s plan for me to start this business. Then there are other times where I see how happy our customers are and the amazing feedback and continuous five star reviews that we receive. It all brings me back and validates that this is right where I am supposed to be. There are so many lessons learned and that I am still learning along this journey. The biggest lesson that Ive learned is more of a proverb but its the famous verse What God has for you, no on or nothing can stand in the way or you achieving it. Nothing worth having in life comes easy. It takes tremendous sacrifice, time and work. As long as you are willing and dedicated to put in the work, your dreams will come true.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A few of my favorite hangouts in the city are: D’juans Cajun Bistro (Smyrna area) for drinks, LOL Burger Bar (obviously), Macs Chophouse (Downtown Marietta), Breakfast at Barneys (Atlanta) for breakfast, La Chingada (Marietta) for Mexican and Vibes, the Atlanta Beltline for bar hopping/exercise/sightseeing, Atlanta United and Atlanta Hawks game and tailgate, Toast on Lenox for great brunch and vibes, any outdoor festival lol. This list can go on and on because Atlanta has so many fun places to eat and drink.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes to my husband for being super supportive in this journey. He really is my backbone and life support and holds everything down at home while I focus on the business. Starting a business is very hard especially in the first few years. LOL Burger has seen some great success but we have also had some very bad times where I felt like giving up. He has always been there pushing me to keep going. My other shout out is my store manager who goes by POLO. He is the hardest working man I know and he really helps me out a lot running the store which allows me to focus on growing the business.
