We had the good fortune of connecting with C. Will and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi C., how do you think about risk?
I feel like taking risks and putting yourself in uncomfortable situations is key to growth. I feel like the riskiest thing you can do in life is to take no risks.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a recording artist primarily focused on Hip Hop, Rap, and R&B. I’m all about promoting love and black empowerment at the end of the day. I recently put out my first album South Union after only making music for about a year. Currently I am working on getting my music onto major Spotify playlists and preparing for an EP while also working on putting a music showcase/ black business mixer.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I definitely have to shout out Atlanta Breakfast Club.. BY FAR the best chicken & waffles on the city… but also events like Bonfire ATL which takes place every Sunday!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My blood family of course but also my brothers Jonah Hamilton, Jaylon Brown and Brevin Ellis for keeping me motivated to better myself as well as Sydney Payne and my coefficient
