We had the good fortune of connecting with Burdeezy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Burdeezy, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
I feel it’s important to make the right choices that will support the growth of your career and your calling. Building a foundation first is the key to balance. During Covid like many of us I got the opportunity to work from home. It fueled me to create while I had the time and to find a plan that works. It’s all about rinse and repeat, but remember to keep God first in all you do. HE will develop your balance and direct you.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Burdhouse is a brand that consists of all productions: including comedy, short film, podcasts, and more. The focus now is to bring you some of the best comedy and to remain consistent in giving you more of me. I’m mainly excited about this summer because I’ll be dropping a lot of productions for your entertainment. I’ve learned to lock in on todays plan as everyday brings its own problems. When I get an idea in my head I instantly write it down. As a creative any idea I have I want it to come to life. All in all burdhouse is about taking a leap of faith. One of my favorite quotes by Lao Tzu “nature is not in a hurry yet everything is accomplished” meaning that things will have when they are meant to, Or as I like to put it a bird has to learn to fly eventually.
