We had the good fortune of connecting with Bronwyn Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bronwyn, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I always wanted to work in aviation and aerospace, as drones became a commercial civilian opportunity, I began the process of learning the industry, the craft and building a value proposition.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Xeo Air is an outsourced AI based drone inspection and mapping service, data analytics solution for infrastructure based verticals such as telecom, utilities, oil and gas, energy, civil infrastructure, disaster and catastrophe and climate/environmental observation. We are an end-to-end solutions provider with autonomous capabilities to keep critical infrastructure up and running all the time.

A long history of corporate experience has helped me in creating a business and not just an idea. Being an entrepreneur isn’t easy, this is not for the faint of heart. You have to want this even when things aren’t going like you wish. You keep moving and finding new ways to address your challenges as you move forward.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love Atlanta’s breakfast scene, I’d take them to The Flying Biscuit or The Highland Bakery. We’d definitely hangout for a facial at Iwi Fresh in Castleberry Hill and then some house music in Edgewood. Atlanta offers a cornucopia of interesting people and interesting things. Nothing like a night at Chastain or a trip to the Dekalb Farmers Market.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shoutout to my mom who has watched and supported me on this journey. Her steadfast presence has been invaluable in my progress. I know that the early years in my life, where I was told by she and my dad that you can do and be anything you want has stayed with me to this day. Thank you and a big shoutout to them.
