Hi Britteny, what is the most important factor behind your success?
My love for God is a fundamental factor in my success. It anchors my values and fuels my dedication to serving others through my coaching business. Integrating my faith into my coaching philosophy resonates with clients seeking guidance aligned with their beliefs, building trust and fostering connections. Above all, my genuine passion and commitment to helping others achieve their goals are key drivers of my brand’s success.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets my coaching business approach apart is a combination of empathy, personalized guidance, and a spiritual perspective on personal development. I believe in understanding each individual’s unique circumstances, aspirations, and challenges, tailoring my coaching to suit their specific needs. It’s about creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore, grow, and ultimately flourish. Building this business wasn’t an easy journey, and I faced my share of challenges. The competitive landscape demanded perseverance and creativity. Overcoming these challenges required dedication, adaptability, and a strong belief in my purpose. I stayed focused on my passion for helping others and remained open to learning from every experience. One of the key lessons I’ve learned is the power of authenticity. Being true to my values, mission, and vision has resonated with my clients. Additionally, embracing failures as opportunities for growth and staying committed to continuous improvement has been crucial. Surrounding myself with a supportive network of mentors and fellow coaches has provided invaluable insights and encouragement. In terms of what I want the world to know about my brand, it’s that my coaching is more than just a service—it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. My ultimate goal is to inspire and support individuals to live purposeful, meaningful lives, enabling them to achieve their goals and find fulfillment in every aspect of their journey.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well I’d say, Atlanta is brimming with excitement! We’d start by exploring the profound history at Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site. Hike through the picturesque Sweetwater Creek State Park and dive into an underwater world at the Georgia Aquarium. Since we’re both food enthusiasts, Krog Street Market is a must-visit, offering diverse culinary delights. Ponce City Market is perfect for unique shopping and rooftop views. We’d delight in the arts at High Museum of Art and catch a show at the iconic Fox Theatre. When it comes to dining, savor Southern cuisine at South City Kitchen or indulge in wood-fired dishes at Two Urban Licks. We’d Unwind with a drink and great burgers at The Vortex, or enjoy a brunch at Le Petit Marche. Not to mention the diverse food vendors at Sweet Auburn Curb Market. For a lively hangout, we’d head to the Ponce City Market rooftop or explore the artistic Atlanta BeltLine. We’d embrace the bohemian vibe of Little Five Points, or enjoy live music at Sunset Sessions in Piedmont Park. Have a blast at The Painted Pin, combining bowling and vibrant nightlife. Atlanta offers a myriad of exciting experiences for every taste!

I’d like to dedicate a heartfelt shoutout to God, the cornerstone of my journey, shaping me into who I am today. Gratitude overflows for my husband, Le’Sedrick, whose unwavering support fuels my purpose and keeps me grounded. To my loving mother-in-law, Elise, whose daily prayers and boundless love lift me up and sustain me. My mother Essie, who has been here for me as a strong support system on my journey. And to my Pastor, Apostle-Prophetess Leesa Bradshaw, your guiding light and unwavering belief in me have been the pillars that have guided me from the very start.
