We had the good fortune of connecting with Brittany Thompson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brittany, what is the most important factor behind your success?
As a bit of a hippie at heart, I know my success comes from being completely aligned with my purpose and intentions. I focus on vibrating at a high frequency—love, abundance, and gratitude—and that energy just attracts the right opportunities to me. I’ve mastered the art of visualization and trusting in divine timing, knowing that everything unfolds exactly when it’s meant to. My actions are guided by intuition, so when I make a move, it’s always inspired and intentional. I don’t chase success—I attract it by focusing on abundance and staying in a positive mindset. I know the universe has my back, and I’m just here flowing with it, letting my success unfold naturally. Peace, love, and thriving—that’s my vibe.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own a digital marketing agency that focuses on Fractional COO, Online Business Management, and Executive Assistant services. What truly sets me apart is my genuine love for my clients’ businesses. I’m intentional about who I work with, and that’s why I always have discovery calls as part of my onboarding process—my intuition guides the partnership. The thing I’m most proud of is that I didn’t give up. I’ve been at this since 2016, and trust me, there were moments when I thought, “Maybe I should just fill out an application, lmfao!” The journey wasn’t always easy, but I realized that business is as hard as you make it. I had to go through a lot of self-development to reach where I am today, and one key lesson I’ve learned is the importance of mindset. No matter what happens in life or business, it’s up to us to react, pivot, and keep moving. Also, I’ve learned not to burn myself out—I only give from my overflow, not from an empty cup. I want the world to know that wealth is our birthright, and our reality is shaped by our mindset. So ask yourself—who do you need to become to live the life you deserve? Wealth, success, and happiness are all within reach!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d kick things off with breakfast at The Flying Biscuit Café for some Southern comfort, followed by a trip to the High Museum of Art and lunch at Bar Margot. We’d finish the day with dinner at Kyma in Buckhead. On day two, we’d start with brunch at Ladybird before biking the Atlanta BeltLine, making a stop at Ponce City Market to shop and grab lunch. That evening, we’d catch the sunset views at Skyline Park and enjoy dinner at Two Urban Licks. For the final day, we’d hike Stone Mountain in the morning, followed by a relaxing afternoon at Piedmont Park with a picnic lunch, and wrap up with dinner at the riverside restaurant Canoe.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to my best friends Krystal and Aldwayne—both of them have always been about entrepreneurship and carving their own path. They were constantly encouraging me to do the same, but I didn’t really listen until I got laid off, lmfao! It all worked out for the best though. Honestly, I couldn’t hold down a job because treating people right is a huge non-negotiable for me, and I just wasn’t finding that in the corporate world. So, I also have to give credit to my mom for always telling me that if the 9-to-5 life wasn’t for me, I’d have to create my own lane. She even helped me with my first website!
