Hi Brianne, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My favorite Affirmation is one that I created. “I am smart, I am efficient, I am effective, I am enough.” This came about in a time where I was feeling low. I felt as though I wasn’t good enough to become successful. I was down on myself & felt like I was stupid & wasn’t being effective in my career. This was my way of reminding myself that all the things I was feeling were based in self doubt an therefore, untrue. I knew I was good enough. I knew I was smart & I just needed that reminder. I think sometimes we could all use a reminder of how amazing we are.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Full Expression Nails LLC came about as a way to express myself & allow other to as well. I have always loved having cute nail art & doing my nails. For me it became a creative outlet. I would get compliments on my nails & in college I even started doing nails for girls in my dorm. So when the pandemic hit I saw an opportunity to tap into a market that was both lucrative & fun for me. I was a bit difficult at first just trying to figure out the operations side of things. It took a while to figure out how to be as creative as possible & still be profitable. There was a bit of trial & error, until I was able to find that sweet spot. Now Full Expression Nails LLC is flourishing & here to help people express themselves. One thing I want everyone to know is that we are here to cater to everyone. Most press on nail company’s make nail sizes that don’t exactly fit larger hands. We do! Whether you’re a drag queen, a woman with larger hands or even someone who just wants to try something new,  we’re with you.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Me & my bestfriend love to eat & try different things. So, with that in mind my I would start day one with my favorite breakfast place called Briggs. Everything there is super good but the crab cakes & hollandaise are everything! After that we can head to the NC State botanical gardens if it’s nice out. They have a wide array of different flowers & even a few water features. Of course we going to dinner at one of my favorite places, Yard House. Day two we can grab brunch at Brasa, the best Brazilian steak house. For some fun we can head downtown to an adult arcade called Box Car, they also have great drinks. Later that night we can hit the Morgan Street Food Hall. This is a food court style place with multiple delicious food vendors. Day three we can start the day off by going to the Art Museum, they always have new exhibits. We can then stop for lunch at this awesome Italian place called Brio. Later, we can go to Uncle Julio’s for some Mexican food & Margaritas. Through out the rest of the week we will stop by a few of my other fave restaurants such as The Big Easy, Cafe Luna, & Oro.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mother showed me & all of my siblings that with a bit of hope & hard work, we can do anything.
