We had the good fortune of connecting with Brendan White and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brendan, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Integrity. It is the easiest thing to exchange for success or pleasure in our world. To uphold integrity is to exercise your greatest human strength.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a student of my craft. I have not amassed great successes and I have not accomplished many of the goals I have for myself. I have succeeded through a series of failure and shortcoming. The more I fail, the more I learn. My path is the tremendously never-straight type and it has cultivated a relentless dedication to my art. My passion.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Anyone visiting should definitely visit the Woodruff Arts Center. Whether they go to the Alliance Theatre, High Museum, or Symphony Orchestra, they have to go see the art Atlanta’s stages has to offer. There are plenty of good food spots. Go find them.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To prevent embarrassment, I will omit the use of any names, but my family and two closest friends have had an unwavering faith in me and my abilities to excel. This tenacity in believing in me stood strong even when I shared a polar sentiment. The love and support I received along with the successes I see around me have created a stone cold initiative to be the greatest that I can be however I can.
