We had the good fortune of connecting with Brenda Okorogba and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brenda, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?

As a Learning Experience Designer and founder of Momentswithbren Consulting, I believe that my success is attributed to several key habits that I have cultivated over the years. These habits include:

A commitment to continuous learning: I am always seeking out new knowledge and skills, whether through reading books and articles, attending workshops and conferences, or taking online courses. This has allowed me to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in my field and provide my clients with the best possible service.

A focus on building meaningful relationships: I believe that strong relationships are essential for success in any field. I take the time to build relationships with my clients, colleagues, and mentors. These relationships have been invaluable to me, providing me with support, guidance, and opportunities.

A passion for what I do: I am genuinely passionate about helping others learn and grow. This passion motivates me to do my best work and to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients.

A belief in myself: I have always believed in myself and my ability to succeed. This belief has helped me to overcome challenges and to achieve my goals.

A dedication to hard work: I am not afraid to put in the hard work that is necessary to achieve my goals. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients, and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.

These habits have helped me to achieve a great deal of success in my career. I am grateful for the opportunities that I have been given, and I am committed to continuing to learn, grow, and make a difference in the world.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my parents, who have always been my biggest supporters. They have instilled in me a strong work ethic, a belief in myself, and a passion for learning. They have provided me with invaluable guidance and support throughout my career. They have helped me to develop my skills, expand my knowledge, and overcome challenges. I am so grateful for their mentorship, and I would not be the woman I am today without them.

They have also taught me the importance of giving back to others. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me, and I would not be where I am today without them.

Finally, I would like to shoutout to my community members (#Learnwithbren), who have given me the opportunity to make a difference in their lives. I am so grateful for their trust and confidence in me, and I am committed to providing them with the best possible service.
