Meet Brandon Terrell | Senior Director of A&R at Venice distribution

I feel Ike risk taking is very important when your trying to achieve your goals. Your going to have to make certain sacrifices and changes to the way you view things in order to achieve what you want out of life . I wouldn’t be the person I am today if I didn’t take risk . I quit my day time job at Best Buy to pursue music.

My job is senior Director A&R at one of the newest distribution companies thats out right now called Venice distribution. What sets me apart from others is that I really care about my job and the passion that I have for music I believe is unmatched I sacrificed countless hours relationships friends and sometimes not even seeing my family for the business of my career . Was this journey easy hell no ! While my friends  traveled the world and started families I locked in my goals and my vision. I consider myself in the music business for over 7 years now really . Before then I was just learning but had a good entry stage from throwing parties . But after that I began artist Managment and development until that got me into my the job that I really wanted . I did free work for years to show my value instead of coming into the game expecting it owed me a shot . No I took my shot . I earned my shot … shit wasn’t handed to me . It was times I felt like I was there but then got nocked back three spaces . Most importantly I learned to stay down until it was my time . I never Gave up and I always kept pushing to better myself for my friends and my family. I want the world to know whatever you wanna do in life stay the course your time will come.

A week hanging out with me will consist of a few things lol studio during the day at night though

Monday night we at magic city for the wings and the dancers lol

Tuesday night we at Elleven 45 in downtown Atlanta
Weds night I’m in the studio

Thursday night we at traffik for R&B night

Friday we eating At papadux

Saturday we going to Wesley chapel to get food from JJs fish lol .

Sunday I’m at home watching my shows grilling at the house watching my shows

It’s so many people in my life who helped push me and motivate me to getting to this next level in my life . So many moving parts through our my life . To name just a few of many I will say . And all my close personal friends who helped me and kept me grounded through this process .Troy Carter and suzy for even believing in me and my ear for music .
