We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Pippin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandon, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
One of the most important factors behind my success and my brand is my willingness to sacrifice everything for it to stay alive. I’ve lost relationships with friends, families, etc while building this brand of “Crewsont” and the IDGAF attitude I maintain in my life and my music has helped it grow and develop into what it is today.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m very excited for the progress I’ve made so far. Less than 2 years rapping and I’ve developed my own image, sound, and been featured on numerous channels/accounts accumulating over a million streams collectively to date. It definitely wasn’t easy and I made sure to tattoo my entire face to push myself and make myself committed to being successful in this industry because I don’t have any other option.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to one of my hangout spots that’s personal to me. I don’t go out a whole lot due to the amount of enemies I have and public places tend to be dangerous for me. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A big shout out to all the people that have helped me turn my wave into a tsunami!
