We had the good fortune of connecting with Blessing Fadare and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Blessing, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Zephova is committed to creating a positive impact through our clothing brand. We focus on sustainability by using eco-friendly materials and ensuring our production processes are ethical and fair. Our partnerships with local artisans not only support the community but also highlight unique craftsmanship. We believe in inclusivity, offering a wide range of sizes to make fashion accessible to all. Additionally, we aim to raise awareness about conscious consumerism by educating our customers on sustainable practices. Through these efforts, we strive to contribute to a healthier planet and a more equitable society.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
About Zephova:

We believe that fashion can be both stylish and responsible, and we strive to create pieces that not only look good but also feel good to wear.

I’m particularly proud of our commitment to community engagement. Collaborating with local artisans not only supports the local economy but also brings unique craftsmanship to our collections. Additionally, our focus on inclusivity, offering a wide range of sizes, ensures that everyone can find something they love.
The Journey:
The journey to where we are today has certainly had its challenges. Starting a business is never easy; I faced hurdles like sourcing sustainable materials and building a loyal customer base. Overcoming these challenges required perseverance, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. I actively sought mentorship and advice, which helped me navigate tough decisions.
Lessons Learned:
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of community and collaboration. Building a network of supportive individuals and organizations has been invaluable. I’ve also learned that staying true to your values, even when faced with obstacles, ultimately leads to greater fulfillment and success.
