Meet Bj Orr

Today we’re excited to be connecting with Bj Orr again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Bj, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
I appreciate this opportunity to reconnect with your audience! I’m BJ Orr; fearless partner and leader of a band of creative misfits reshaping the content industry in Atlanta. As Principle and Sr. Producer of B’Creative Media, I manage and oversee creative direction for Turnkey Video production projects ranging from Community Engagement videos, Podcast, Training videos, Brand initiatives, Live Events/Livestream, Social content, Docs and Generative AI content.
I seek to nurture my clients and I serve my team members. On each project I ensure that everyone wins. My road from a PA to Producer has given me a unique perspective to appreciate the most valuable asset in this industry….Relationships. I’ve put in work every step of the way, witnessed countless industry evolutions, endured tough times, failed ventures and celebrated big wins. Through it all, the 1 constant that keeps the business going, are key relationships and partnerships. We can’t and have never achieved anything of significance on our own.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
2024 was not the best year for the Film, Tech and Media Industry as a whole. Tech saw widespread layoffs, the strike involving writers and actors had a negative impact on productions in Georgia, and the downturn in the US economy caused Corporations to tightened their purse strings limiting marketing spend. But you know what they say; when the times get tough, the tough get going!
I’ve been blessed to have trusted partners like NABA Inc, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines and ASL Productions that have continued to keep their doors open to us. We’ve also expanded our footprint with new initiatives in Government contracting, Generative AI, VR, a partnership with Boost Metacampus to produce Up-skilling services and E-Learning content. Our rebranded site highlighting these initiative launched in February 2025. I’m most excited about our collaboration with Boost’s AI film hub to launch an immersive bootcamp program to help professionals leverage AI tools for film and content production.
We are in uncharted territories right now as we enter this 4th industrial revolution. It’s times like these that challenge the true meaning of a creative’s existence. We pledge to lead the charge as the film and tech landscape evolve.
