We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Epps and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?

I pursued a creative career because I’m one of the many people of the world who naturally gets stimulated by creativity. However , growing up In todays social media impacted environment I struggled with executing my own thoughts and content goals based on my individual expression and not based solely upon what others liked . Social media can be a very dark place when your trying to compare and execute instead of truly being yourself and executing in that manor. So , I wanted to help individuals and brands develop and identity they can connect with and not something that was just trendy but proactive and beneficial long term .

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I got where I am today by working on my mindset and putting action and execution behind it. The fact that I’m able to mentally take on endless energies while still executing the visions of my individual brand and others holds a lot of weight. I’m a firm believer in law of attraction and putting great energy into your mind body and soul . So with that being said I cleanse my energy as often as I need to , I speak positively over my life and others , and I’m genuinely always willing to help the next person or brand and hold that patience with them and that has helped greatly with my level up. This ride has not been easy but I surround myself with those who love me authentically so that I’m always pushed with love and no negative energy can weigh heavy on me . As I elevate more and more I’ve learned two of my favorite lessons 1 being you can’t bring everyone to the top and 2 being the importance of having down time to gather your energy, tend to your self, and your mental health while still growing and allowing yourself trial and error . I use to seek perfection and over work my mind and body . Now , I let myself be free and give myself set times and days that I work and times and days that I indulge in the luxurious lifestyle that I’ve built . Balance is more important than people know .

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my Bestfriend was visiting i would show her my apartments amenities which includes our rooftop because it has such an beautiful view . We will go to a holistic store where we can purchase crystals and surround ourself with light workers and people willing to heal themselves. For food I’d take her to blu Seafood in Atlanta so that she’s able to taste the amazing seafood and drinks while vibing with me and enjoying the vibrant energy of others . I’m still fairly new to Atlanta so we’d hop around a bit and just indulge in each other’s company and find places that will match up with us and who we are as individuals .

I want to thank my parents Wesley Epps , Cassandra Bell and my girlfriend Mikhale Evans for always having my back and keeping me mentally/emotionally grounded through my level ups .
