We had the good fortune of connecting with Arie Najèa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Arie, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk has played such a huge role in my life. It has taught me many, many lessons with some being a bit harder than others. Taking risks, takes alot of faith in yourself and God’s plan but in the end it’s always worked out. I believe that when I take risks, I’m ultimately sending signs to the universe that I’m ready for more. Becuase I have taken many risks, I have been able to unlock so many versions of myself, each one being better than the initial one. I quit my job to build a Real Estate business in order to sustain and build a foundation for me to freely pursue my passions of dance. Was it the easiest thing in the world? Absolutely not, but it definitely built so much character. The most recent leap of faith that I’ve taken is moving to Atlanta from Charlotte on a whim. It’s like when you want something so bad you will do anything to make it a reality and that is the point that I got to with dance resulting in me making the move to Atlanta. I embrace risk. If God gives me confirmation, then I am definitely taking that leap of faith. It has helped me so much in life, just being able to hear when God is saying “Move” which is often times doing something that is way out of my comfort zone but it pays off every time. It’s just all about trusting myself and my vision.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Of Course ! I am extremely passionate about all things entertainment and entrepreneurship from dance, film, acting and Real Estate. I own a Real Estate investment company called Najea Estate and Investments, where we guide aspiring and seasoned investors through Real Estate investing. As far as being a creative goes,  everything that I put out or create is with intent to inspire or tell a story through creativity and innovation. The thing that sets me apart from other creatives is my underlying motive for creating and also my ability to adapt no matter what room I walk into. I am able to be a dancer when necessary but I can also put on my CEO hat and run a business or negotiate deals and contracts when necessary. I am most excited about my new youtube series “The Dropout Diaries” coming in 2022. This is a series where I devle in deep on my spiritual journey and give insight on life experiences and obstacles that I have faced on the path of following my passions of dance, acting and entrepreneurship. Elevating as a creative is something that takes a ton of hard work and dedication. Some days are harder than others but when you stay focused and consistent, there is nothing in this world that you can’t accomplish. The biggest lesson that I have learned thus far is how to hustle and stay consistent no matter how many “No’s” I get, because that one “NO” is just one step closer to a “YES”. Also, another big lesson that I have learned is to follow my heart in everything that I do, allowing love and my passions to guide me. I’ve tapped into a lot of other business ventures outside of the entertainment world and I realized that when I am not dancing, I am not happy. So, I really had to learn how to prioritize dance over any other business venture.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am new to the city so I haven’t found my go to spots yet but I am such a huge fan of nature and spending time outside. I would definitely recommend anything with beautiful greenery, animals or just a gorgeous ocean or mountain view. As far as food goes, I am a big lover of hibachi. I could literally eat it all day everyday, there was actually a time when hibachi was the only thing I ate. Toyamas is one of my favorite hibachi restaurants back home, so if you’re ever visiting Charlotte, you should definitely check them out and tell them I sent you !

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Huge shoutout to the most high of course & the amazing support system God’s blessed me with. I have amazing mentors and quality people in my space who are constantly inspiring me to be better and achieve new levels of success. The patience, support & motivation has definitely helped me along this journey and I couldn’t be more grateful.
