We had the good fortune of connecting with Antoinette Webb and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Antoinette, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
I have a lot of goals when it comes to this, actually. I’d say the main one would be to have touched and changed millions of lives in the wellness space in a way that it reverberates through the generations to come. Of course I want the financial freedom to be able to physically help even more people by creating safe spaces for Black people, and those in marginalized bodies as well as poverty stricken places where access is limited or simply nonexistent, where they can come in, let their hair down and lay their worldly burdens to the side, even just for a little while, as they commune with those of like minds all with the goal of inner work and outward connection. We need village again, and not simply for the kids. So I’d love to be a pivotal part of that.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I stand out as a yoga teacher through my authentic and relatable approach to wellness. As someone actively navigating personal growth while balancing the demands of parenthood, I like to connect deeply with students seeking practical tools for mindfulness and self-care in real-life contexts. My teaching is inclusive and welcoming, honoring diverse abilities, body types, and experiences, and making yoga accessible to all. By blending live and soon, recorded classes, with short, focused videos, I like to offer students the flexibility to integrate yoga into their busy lives, whether they need a full-length practice or a quick moment of calm.

Being a mother of 3 now, whereas I began my yoga journey with only an almost 1 year old at the time, my life looks very different than it did back then so adding on the new chat of entrepreneur has been challenging, yet rewarding at the same time. I’ve had to put myself out there in a different way than simply posting my yoga journey. I’m very much still learning and stepping into the power of the fullness of my voice.

Moving from imposter syndrome to the belief in self, wholly, as I am, would probably be the biggest feat. We see people in our areas of expertise with more experience, better studio set up’s, and equipment and begin to doubt we have something to bring to the table with only our phones and maybe a well-lit room. I’m here to say, WE DO. People aren’t drawn and don’t day for the glitz and high tech, they come join us and stick around because of who we are and how we offer that thing. I fully believe that.

Beyond the physical aspects of yoga, I do my best to foster an environment of empathy and support, encouraging students to feel seen, heard, and valued on their unique journeys. My ability to bridge the gap between yoga philosophy and everyday life sets me apart, inspiring others to live with intention and balance.

Something I want the world to know about me and what I do is, if I can do it, YOU can too, but only if you REALLY want to. Take those chances. Push that limit. Do it NOW, because later never comes. And trust that those who it’s meat for, they will find it, it they can only find it if you put that thing out there. Do your part, let God handle the rest.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There is SO much to choose from! I mean we have the Botanical Garden for the beauty and vibes, Stone Mountain Park for trails and spots to cozy up for a little picnic, Little 5 Points as a whole for different boutiques, Sweetwater Creek Park for more nature and to sit by the water, the food and karaoke at Metro Diner & Bar is always delicious and fun, Atlanta Breakfast Club always has a line, Caribbean Chicken & Fish is a hidden gem that is slept on and something that I do randomly is google the local parks in whatever area I’m in to see what hidden history is right around the corner. My bestie and I would absolutely have to get our hands on some Tassili’s Raw Reality wraps before the trip was through, too!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, God. To be here telling my story is a testimony in itself. Right after that is my mother, Anita is the G.O.A.T. that introduced me to yoga and mental wellness at a young age in the first place. Next would be my husband, Kwan. He’s seen it all—has held me, wiped my tears, encourages me, as well as actively brainstorms and photographs and records video, too! I’m not the only one behind the lenses, it’s his genius, too! Next would definitely be my Instagram/social media community. They have not only supported me with following my journey, but have also pooled together finances to support my work by supporting my family in some hard and dark times. My tribe (you know who you are) stays equipped with understanding and encouragement as well. Lastly, any and everyone who’s ever believed in me for one reason or another or has spoken my name in rooms my feet have yet to enter, I thank them all.
