We had the good fortune of connecting with Antoine Washington and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Antoine, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I was born in Ann Arbor, MI where I was mostly raised. Growing up I’ve always been exposed to different cultures and backgrounds which has been a major part of my life to this day. I lived in a Jewish Community during my middle school years. During 6th-8th grade I lived in Brighton, a town located upstate Rochester, NY.

Growing up around so many different people that were brought up in different lifestyles has taught me to always be mindful, respectful and to be open minded when trying new things.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
TAE DESIGNZ has been a leading creative clothing company and brand for almost a decade and has caught the attention of many celebrities, magazines as well as been spotted on WEtv’s hit reality series “Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition”.

We celebrate artists from all over. Always excited to showcase new talents whenever working on new projects. We’ve showcased rappers, singers, models, dancers, dj’s plus more in the past and continue to do so as we move forward.

Whew! I know that all sounds amazing, but there’s been obstacles to overcome. Anytime I came across feeling the lack of anything it has helped bring out more creativity when producing photo shoots , events and especially new products.

Overall I’d like for the world to know that TAE DESIGNZ welcomes the creative community to come and explore. Always looking for new talents to work with and shed light on with this amazing platform.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Piedmont Park is always a great place to kick back and relax alone or with some friends. Surrounded by a friendly community of local restaurants, bars and other businesses.

Recently I stopped by CRU hookah lounge owned by the rapper 2 chainz and it was amazing! Great service , drinks, food and hookah flavors.
