We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Kevelin Reyes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ana Kevelin, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
It started behind me feeling tired of having to trade in time for money. the thought of having to go to a place i really did not like to sit there for 8 plus hours at times and get miserable pay; it just got so tiring. I also started noticing that people who have good thriving businesses have more time to do more of the things they WANT to do. I Went to college for health care, Respiratory Therapy to be exact, I don’t like it. SO I decided to learn and study on my own about Personal Development and how that can be a business. Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Mindset Coach and Emotional Counselor, my goal with people is to increase awareness when it comes to Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence. Once the individual creates a healthy pattern of thought and emotions, then they are able to create a more desirable life. What sets me apart from others is my ability to deeply understand and connect with others to bring about a sense of clarity and control over their own personal struggles. I am most excited about GROWTH, becoming more, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially; for the more I am, the more I can be for others. I am most proud of my Daughter Angelica, for pushing through even tho the odds started against her. I have gotten to where I am today, by self Teaching and Healing mentally and emotionally, and so I have increased my personal development and I have invested in my business diligently. and no it has not been easy, nothing comes easy; specially when one has to build it, literally from the GROUND UP. I have overcome the challenges by learning and educating myself over time about all things that make me better personally and in business. I have learned that in order for anyone to do business well, they have to learn how to do life well. So many mental and emotional stresses come with building a business that I see why so many give up. To go to work and then come home to work some more on something you wont see results from for a few years, OMG how patient must one be. I want the world to know that LIFE is wonderful once you learn how to live it, that you are the Conscious Creator of your life, to Focus on your Focus; for what you think about most you become.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are a few people who deserve much recognition because of their support, the ride has seemed a bit less bumpy. Let me start with my assistant, Enyinnaya; who makes wonders happen with his know how of computer techy stuff which I do not enjoy at all. Some very close friends who have helped me with my own understanding of life and they are: Dream, Remy, and Eron. Last but not least, My ex Tarell Miller for pouring into me as much as he knew.
