Hi Alexandru, what do you attribute your success to?
Certainly, the most crucial factor driving the success of Privilege Chefs is undoubtedly the ambition to create something truly unique. Our relentless pursuit of enhancing every client’s experience, ensuring that each one remembers us for a service or flavor they can never forget, sets us apart. I’m an individual who is inherently dissatisfied with the status quo; I perpetually strive for improvement and envision things to be far grander than before. My defining trait is the ability to reinvent myself and to never surrender. This unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence is at the core of our business triumph.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
PrivilegeChefs is a company born from a dream of offering a more personalised customer experience, getting to know them on a deeper level to craft menus that cater to their tastes. From the very beginning, I was clear that our target audience would be high-end clients with significant purchasing power. But I also wanted to witness the excitement of people from all walks of life, showing them how they could indulge in such experiences.

In the beginning, not many saw much potential in PrivilegeChefs, until we began collaborating with globally renowned individuals and top-ranking companies. I was just a 23-year-old chef when I decided to embark on this adventure, and two years later, we’re serving royal families and the incredibly affluent. The journey hasn’t been smooth; it demanded a complete shift in our perception of culinary art and service. Nevertheless, every drop of sweat has been worthwhile to bring us to where we are today, and this is only the beginning. We’re venturing into international expansion, not just limited to Spain.

What fills me with the greatest pride is knowing I ignored those who said it couldn’t be done. And above all, maintaining a team that’s supported me from the very start to the finish. They are my eyes and hands, without whom we could never have reached so many families. I’d like people to understand that our mission is to provide the ultimate gourmet experience without leaving their homes. Every day, we learn from each customer and every individual to constantly improve. PrivilegeChefs is a team of culinary enthusiasts dedicated to satisfying the customer.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Mainly I live in the area of Sotogrande The south of Spain I am in love with this area and the truth that I would take him to breakfast at the port of Sotogrande after a good day at the beach and a few beers to rest a little eat at a beach bar on the beach and then play a game of paddle tennis with friends and after a swim in the sea and finally end with a good dinner

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
From the very beginning, I’ve been an entrepreneur driven by a desire to excel. The thought of working in the same place indefinitely and not being able to elevate my skills was daunting. What truly altered my perspective was the post-COVID era, where people were restricted from dining out. This challenge forced me to think about how I could reach them while they remained at home.

Moreover, I’ve always had the unwavering support of my family in making any decision that allowed me to embark on my entrepreneurial journey. And without a doubt, the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” played a pivotal role in giving me the nudge I needed. It inspired me to take the leap, redefining my approach to business and life itself. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the collective influence of these factors, and I’m incredibly grateful for each one of them.
