We had the good fortune of connecting with Aicha Antoine and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aicha, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?

I consider myself the “Jill of all trades”, and I have knowledge and experience in many different avenues, I always knew that I was destined to be an entrepreneur and make a difference in the world through business and influence. After graduating high school I went to the US Army where I served on active duty for 4 years. While in the military I went to school and received my Bachelors in Business Management.

After leaving the Military I started working for the government under the Department of Affairs for their Acquisition and Construction Facilities Department. While working for the government, I started my beauty business Aicha Marie Artistry, specializing in natural glam makeup along with film/tv makeup and Semi Permanent Makeup Services. I was in the beauty industry for over 10 years. I haven’t completely given it up, I plan to still have my hand in the Beauty Industry in the near future.

I always had a passion for the Real Estate industry, with my Contracting and Acquisition experience I gained from my government job I went a step further educating myself and doing research on investing and the process. I went to Real Estate school to better understand the process and dived in even further and realized that serving the public and my community was the way I wanted to go. After receiving my license and becoming a REALTOR® in GA I hit the ground running with closing over two million in sales within my first three months of being licensed. I knew then I was destined to be in the Real Estate business. I have since then continued to be a top producer servicing all of Metro Atlanta with Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I am a licensed REALTOR® , founder and owner of AM Regional Group, we specialize in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, servicing all price points with luxury and exceptional experience. We also provide Property Preservation, Facilities/Property Management and Notary Services.

It is important to me to make an impact on my community through service and education with building generational wealth through Real Estate. AM Regional Group also provides business start up services, such as building business credit, and we offer notary services as well. We are committed to delivering the best outcomes for real estate and business needs.

Was it easy? No, It has not been a smooth road, and it shouldn’t be. Life is always going to have some obstacles but you really have to dust yourself off and try again and as many times as it takes after that. There’s a lesson and growth in all obstacles. It definitely took me a while to embrace this statement because in the midst of the struggles its hard to see the positives sometimes. From failed business ventures, to feeling like no matter what I do is never enough and wanting to quit, I’ve been through many struggles but I can honestly say I wouldn’t change it because through those struggles I learned to become a better version of myself and live out my true potential in all things that I set out to do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

I would start at Toast on Lenox for brunch. If it’s the first of the month, #firstfridays at the High Art Museum is always a vibe. The Thompson Buckhead hotel always has amazing curated events. If it’s the Spring season, the many festival options are always a vibe here in Atlanta. The Atlanta Beltine has some amazing eateries, bars , and retail along the trail. The Battery at Truist Park , Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena also are great places to check out, there’s always an event and something fun to experience.

For dinner, Nobu Restaurant, Poor Calvin’s, C&S Seafood, Knife Atlanta, Little Alley Steak, Tulum Buckhead, the list can go on and on lol, Atlanta is full of great places. to eat, drink, hang out etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

First and foremost I am nothing without God and his amazing grace and mercy.

I would also like to shoutout my amazing partner/spouse for all of her unwavering support and last but definitely not least All of my family and friends who push me and support me in all of my business endeavors.
