We had the good fortune of connecting with Abioduni Martin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Abioduni, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?

I can’t say I have a work-life balance as an entrepreneur, that has been my most difficult area to master. Wearing so many hats in a business can wear on you. I have been delegating more responsibilities to others and hiring the right people to do the tasks I no longer want to do. However, it does seem like the free time I have now, has gone to more focused areas of the business that was once neglected. I am so goal-driven and will do just about anything to make things happen to be successful and most times this does take a toll on my personal life. So I would conclude my work-life balance is still a work in progress.

Work-life balance is a dynamic concept that evolves based on various factors such as career demands, personal priorities, and life circumstances. Initially, I might prioritize my career heavily, dedicating long hours to work to establish myself or achieve certain goals. However, as I mature and my priorities shift, I may seek a more balanced approach, valuing time spent with family, pursuing hobbies, or engaging in personal development.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is my willingness to not give up, I’m not afraid to take big risks, I always bet on myself and I always come out on top. Ten years in business is a long time. I have been battle-tested, I have gone through all of the pitfalls one can go through in business and I have passed each test. Determined to be at the top of my class in my industry. My drive to Succeed is what I’m most proud of. I strive to be different. How I was able to achieve the success I have now by being creative, building lasting relationships with my peers, and using technology to stand out from my competition. Nothing is easy when you are building your business from the ground up, bootstrapping everything you have to make your business successful is the hardest thing one can do. I overcome challenges by collecting data on what works and what doesn’t and with this knowledge I am best able to quantify what works and what doesn’t. Research and development are the keys, to understanding your market and your customer. The lessons I’ve learned during my journey in business are never stop learning never be afraid to pivot, and be adaptable. I want the world to know that I am a service-based business aiming to streamline all services in the emerging trade markets in technology and beyond. My brand will be at the center of innovation in this sector.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First, we would walk up the mountain in Stone Mountain Georgia, and do some trail walks throughout Atlanta GA, I enjoy nature runs and biking. Go to a view are museums, like the Museum of Illusions, the High Museum of Art. Go to a few cigar smoke lounges in Atlanta, my favorite is Smoke City.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shout out the author Robert Greene The 48 Laws of Power. This book has changed my life for the better and I hope whoever is encouraged by my story, will also be inspired.
