By far the most common conversation we have with the folks we interview is about work-life balance. Starting a business or pursuing a creative career makes finding work life balance really tough because there is no clear start and end to one’s work day. As a young adult having work life balance is so important. Society tells us to go to the gym, be social, go to work, clean your house, take self care time, etc and if you aren’t doing those things you’re not doing it correctly. I think just finding the best schedule that works for you is the perfect balance. And say No sometimes! Sometimes we just need time to ourselves to do NOTHING.
