Show Up. Rise Up. POWER UP. This quote came from the roll out of my first book Power UP – Releasing God’s Power Into Your Life. It means/represents strength, hope, courage and perseverance on so many levels because this is exactly what I would tell myself every time that I was challenged mentally or spiritually durning the process. Show up, for yourself in whatever capacity your soul whispers/urges you to lean into each day. Rise up, because this life is a constant uphill battle + there is so much more in you – Rise + Show the world all of YOU. Power Up, because the world needs..pause..YOU NEED your unique essence, strength, story, truth..All Of You because what the world won’t tell is that there is Power in YOU. Show Up. Rise Up. Power UP – in all ways, always! Read more>>

I recently came across an affirmation that says something along the lines that “you are exactly where you are meant to be right now.” I love this affirmation because it reminds me that everyone’s path looks different and it also means that everyone has a different definition of success. In a world that has become engrossed in social media, it’s so easy to compare yourself to others and wish that your success looked like theirs. I am definitely guilty of feeling that way because sometimes I don’t feel that I’m where I want to be or where I “should” be because I look at the work of so many creatives and I’m amazed by their work, meanwhile I’m only starting to emerge in my career. The affirmation reminds me that eventually I’ll arrive at the place I want to be if I keep working hard and trust my own process. Read more>>

Phillippians 4:13! Is a bible verse that I live by…it says “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” This verse encourages me every single day to just be myself and trust myself and God with my ideas and my aspirations for my business. I’ve never felt limited in life and I have always had confidence in my ability to succeed but it was because of my faith. Read more>>

Donnell “Hussle Porter” Sanders | Podcaster & Content creator

My favorite quote is, “ Don’t chase the paper, chase the dream.” I heard Sean “Diddy” Combs say that when I was younger, I had to be in my early teenage years when I heard him say that. What that quote means to me is you should chase your dreams because it makes you happy and live in the moments that you are chasing your dreams. If you’re chasing the paper you’re going to eventually stop doing whatever you’re doing because it’s not bringing you monetary value fast enough for your liking and you’ll lose your passion. Being a podcaster/ content creator that’s a quote that I pretty much have to live by, because being a content creator you have to truly love what you do and be willing to put in hours and hours of your time into your craft for free before you receive a dollar for the dream you’re chasing and it’s not promised that you’ll receive a dollar for anything you create. Podcasting and creating content is something that I’ll do and will continue to do whether it leads to me making money off it or just for fun. Read more>>

My platform is called, “Size Worthy- embracing the inner size and beauty of you.” “It is where I Motivate other women by empowering them to be the best version of themselves; where I Activate those high vibrations of life to boost their confidence in order to achieve their goals; where I Deactivate those negative stereotypes of what a full figured woman should look like, be and/or act like and lastly where I Recharge other women, giving them that extra love by exemplifying their beauty so that they can spread the love to another woman by being her sister’s keeper,” Dakotah Shari.
