The most difficult decision was my move to leave my corporate job of almost 15 years and go work on my well being and and shift my career path. I had always had a job where I punched in and did my hours. So to think of leaving that safe environment was scary. The most difficult decision I’ve ever had to make was leaving my two young adult children back in New York City to move to Atlanta, a place where I didn’t know a single soul. But I was following a dream deeply embedded in my heart: to pursue a career in the film and TV industry as an actor. This wasn’t just any decision; it was one that required me to step away from my daily life with my children, venturing into the vast unknown. However, my faith played a crucial role in this pivotal moment. I’ve always believed that when God tells you to move, you move. It’s about trusting Him to direct your steps, even when the path isn’t clear. This leap of faith was fueled not only by my passion for acting but also by my trust in God’s plan for me. Despite the emotional challenges of this decision, I saw it as an opportunity to demonstrate to my children the importance of following their passions and listening to God’s call, no matter the sacrifices involved. It was a testament to my belief that when we move in faith, letting God guide our journey, we open ourselves to the extraordinary possibilities He has in store for us. In addition to that, I really had no choice since I gave my children my word that they will see their dad on the big screen sooner than they think.
