We had the good fortune of connecting with Amanda Browning and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amanda, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Always reinventing what we do! If things start to slow down we reevaluate and creatively change to create a new and fresh experience

What should our readers know about your business?
We started out 6 years ago as a dinner delivery service. We quickly grew and opened a restaurant. The restaurant gave us a place to not only serve great food but to have cooking classes for adults and children. It gave us a space to hold bridal showers, baby showers, cooking themed parties and our all time favorite tea parties! We continue to evolve and branch out we now book for catering all over! I think each new event creates new learning and each event gives us the opportunity to be creative. We love what we are doing and it shows! We have leaned so much since we started and each lesson has helped us improve and create a better brand.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
In North Georgia we have such a wonderful melting pot of family owned businesses! Jaemors farms can supply you with the best farm fresh vegetables, fruit, Amish cheese and honey. Sweet acres winery has an amazing assortment of fruit wines! Wilkes meat market can set you up with delectable morsels of meat! Travel to all 3 places and pick up items for a magazine worthy charcuterie board that we could prepare and display back at the restaurant! If I had a week I’d visit all of our local antique stores! Southern hospitality is definitely not dead and our area is full of places to visit just off the beaten path! Hewell pottery, David and Kates Amish Store, and my favorite antique store Lady bug antiques. I love to shop and support local businesses! Without them we’re just living in a Walmart world.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
God always receives the first praise! Without him what we do wouldn’t be possible. My family would be next, without them there is no Amanda’s Farm to Fork. My Husband, kids and my mother all work long hours to keep this dream rolling.
