We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Shaw-Lunsford and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jasmine, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process was simple I wanted to make women feel good and look good with my wigs that I provide. Especially because I was getting so many compliments.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Hi so I run a business with selling wigs I also do wig installs. I feel what sets me apart from others is that I honestly care about my customers, they literally come back 3 and 4 times to shop with me. My level of customer service is out of this world I get this a lot . It was not easy getting here, sometimes I would want to give up but with the support from my husband and customers was amazing to just say hey I gotta keep pushing they counting on me to win . I learned you just have to keep going even when you feel as though you have no support even though you do. Even when sales are low you keep going , you go even harder at that point. I would like the world to know once you shop with me you will never forget me , you will always remember how great of service you had with me. And that I stand on serving you the best wigs possible..
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some spots I would recommend most definitely visiting would be :
Traffik kitchen & Cocktails
Magic city (For Sure)
Ghost Bar / ChefKodak Kitchen
VVS Restaurant & Bar
Roof top of Ponce market
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would say my husband (mrcustomzprint) he has definitely motivated me and pushed me to do great and go hard, he also has his own business a print shop @mrcustomzprint
