The things that make me happy are the moments that bring me peace, laughter, and purpose. I find happiness in spending time with the people I love, creating memories, and feeling connected. Honestly, I’ve stopped thinking about balance as a final destination where life is perfectly organized. Balance is just life. It’s the daily practice of getting things done without losing your connection to yourself. And look, it’s a practice, meaning I definitely screw it up sometimes.
