Hi Necole, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most profound and extraordinary thing I’ve accomplished as a parent is cultivating an unbreakable foundation of faith, integrity, and impeccable character in my children. As a proud “boy mom,” I’ve been fiercely intentional about ensuring my sons possess the core values that will make them exceptional men.

It’s a truth that children mirrors the world they see, so this wasn’t just about instruction; it was about authentic, lived-out example. I’ve consistently modeled the very principles I wished to instill, creating a powerful, positive impact through every action and decision.

While life presented a formidable challenge with a divorce about a decade ago, forcing me to navigate the world as a sole custodial parent, that challenge only strengthened my resolve. It demanded I become an even more resilient and resourceful mother, dedicated to securing their future and affirming their worth. This journey has been incredibly rewarding and has forged an indestructible bond with my sons.

My career is a powerful testament to versatility and visionary adaptation, spanning the critical sectors of Financial Services and Digital Marketing. These aren’t just two distinct fields—they are two essential engines that fuel my success.

My journey began in the Financial Services world a decade ago, where I quickly realized that superior client service demands innovative marketing. As an Independent Broker, self-marketing wasn’t just a suggestion; it was a mandate for massive success. Because marketing is a natural strength, I’ve achieved monumental results, including generating over $750,000 in premium with the Dixon Agency Brokerage as of July 2025.

An Indispensable Expert
What truly sets me apart as an indispensable consultant is my unwavering commitment to compliance and expertise. Licensing and recurring continued education—a requirement every 24 months—are the bedrock of my business. I’m a recognized subject matter expert in all things insurance, strategic employee benefit consulting, and future-proof retirement planning, servicing a mandated and universal need—from auto to home coverage. My ten years of experience are complemented by a professional skill set that is constantly evolving.

The Entrepreneurial Pivot
My profound understanding of sales is inextricably linked to marketing. I was an early adopter of digital marketing in 2015, utilizing both traditional and digital avenues to magnify my book of business. This strategic foundation proved invaluable when the pandemic delivered an unprecedented challenge, temporarily halting my work with key clients like teachers and government employees.

Instead of retreating, I executed a brilliant entrepreneurial pivot, shifting my focus to empower Atlanta’s thriving small business community with robust traditional and digital marketing development. This led to a transformative contract with the Urban League of Greater Atlanta as a highly-sought Sales and Digital Marketing Facilitator and Coach. This esteemed experience organically launched a podcast and radio platform dedicated to empowering financial literacy, culminating in my certification as a prime business competitor for high-stakes government contracts.

Adversity: The Superpower
This path has been exhilarating, but it’s been paved with formidable challenges. Every setback, however, has only sharpened my entrepreneurial superpower: overcoming adversity. The most potent lessons learned? Clarity and consistency. You must trust your partners and clients, but verify with rigorous due diligence. Most importantly, understand that unyielding consistency is the master key that unlocks otherwise impenetrable doors.
