Meet Dr.Kel’li Sherrene Cole,M.S.C,Ph.D. | Founder/Chancellor & Wealth Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr.Kel’li Sherrene Cole,M.S.C,Ph.D. and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr.Kel’li Sherrene, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I’m from West Philadelphia, and I always say if you can make it there, you can survive anywhere. The grind, the resilience, the rawness of the city shaped me early on, but I also came from a lineage of strength—doctors, lawyers, and business owners. That balance gave me both grit and grace. West Philly taught me survival, but my family showed me legacy. Together, that foundation molded me into someone who not only overcomes challenges but also builds doors where none existed.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my business apart is that it was never just about profit—it’s about purpose. I lead with legacy in mind. Whether it’s through education, consulting, or wealth strategy, my work is rooted in helping people transform their lives and create impact that outlives them. I’m most proud that what I’ve built empowers others to step into their calling with confidence, strategy, and faith.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I’ve had doors slammed in my face, ideas dismissed, and seasons where resources were scarce. But every challenge became a classroom. I learned resilience in real-time, I learned how to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, and I learned that faith plus strategy is unstoppable.
The lesson? Never let “no” be the final word. Build, pivot, learn, and keep moving. The world needs your voice, your vision, and your gifts.
What I want the world to know about me and my brand is simple: we are proof that purpose and profit can coexist. My story is one of grit, grace, and God’s guidance—and I’m just getting started.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, I’d give them the full ATL experience—because Atlanta is more than a city, it’s a vibe. We’d start with brunch, because you can’t do Atlanta without it. Places like Breakfast at Barney’s or Toast on Lenox set the tone with food that feels like love on a plate. From there, we’d hit the BeltLine for a walk, some art, and those little hidden gems that make you fall in love with the city.
Of course, I’d have to take them through the historic side—Auburn Avenue, the King Center, and Sweet Auburn Curb Market—because legacy matters, and Atlanta carries so much history. Evenings would be rooftop vibes at Ponce City Market or a stop at SkyLounge to see the skyline light up.
We’d eat our way through the week—seafood at The Optimist, soul food at Busy Bee Café, and a little upscale dinner at STK or Atlanta Fish Market. Nights might end with live music or a comedy set, because laughter and good music are always on the itinerary.
What makes Atlanta special isn’t just the places—it’s the energy. The people here are dreamers, movers, and creators. You feel that energy everywhere you go. So my best friend wouldn’t just see Atlanta; they’d feel it.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes first and foremost to God,my family—the doctors, lawyers, and business owners who showed me what it means to build legacy and stand tall in any room. I also want to honor my mentors and spiritual covering who spoke life into me when the world tried to take it. My community deserves credit too, because West Philadelphia sharpened me and Atlanta embraced me. Every student I’ve taught, every client I’ve served, and every person who ever told me “you can’t”—they all shaped the “yes I can” that drives me today. Success is never a solo act; it’s a symphony of voices, prayers, sacrifices, and encouragement that push me forward.
