We had the good fortune of connecting with Tallia Deljou and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tallia, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been my willingness to lead with authenticity and let vulnerability be part of the process. I haven’t built this work by pretending to have it all together or by offering quick fixes. I’ve built it by telling the truth. About grief. About healing. About the spaces in-between.

The people who find their way to me aren’t looking for perfection—they’re looking for realness. For someone who sees them. And I think that’s what creates trust. I share from lived experience, not just expertise. I hold space because I know what it’s like to need space held.

Connection is at the heart of it all. Not performative connection, but the kind that comes from being present, human, and honest. That’s what I’ve built from—and that’s what keeps it growing.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I want people to know that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of us we lost along the way in exchange for approval and security. My story, and the heart of my work, is about helping people come home to themselves. To feel safe in their emotions. To feel less alone in their pain. And to know they are never too much, too sensitive, or too complicated to be deeply understood.

At the core of emotional health is the ability to feel our full range of emotions without shame or judgment—to expand our capacity for both joy and sorrow, anger and tenderness. So many of us were never taught how to be in relationship with our emotions, or how to meet our own emotional needs with care. That’s where reparenting comes in—learning to become the safe place we may have never had. A place where all parts of us are welcome, especially the ones that learned to hide, numb, or perform to feel loved.

Much of what wounds us happens in relationship, and much of what heals us happens there too. That’s why relational attunement is so essential. When we are deeply seen, heard, and understood—especially in our most vulnerable moments—something begins to soften and repair. That’s what I hope my work offers: not just tools or teachings, but a felt sense of safety and connection, where healing becomes possible.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Brunch at Delbar. Dinner at Casi Cielo. Coffee and walk at The Chastain. Walk around Buckhead shops. Lots of time at home spending quality time together – cooking, playing with our dogs, being with family.
