Today we’re excited to be connecting with Divad Miles again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Divad, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
My name is Dr. Divad Miles and I would describe myself as an informaticist, consultant, and real estate professional. I am the Founder of Peach Bloom Collective, LLC which is a strategic consulting and wellness-focused firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations optimize processes, improve decision-making, and embrace self-care.

While I have multi-industry experience as a proud Georgia Tech alumna, real estate has always been in my blood. My mother has been a real estate broker in Georgia for over 35 years, so I grew up immersed in contracts, closings, and market trends—making real estate something I’ve always naturally excelled in.

What sets me apart is my client-focused approach, deep-rooted industry knowledge, and my perspective as a Georgia native. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, or investors, my goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. I believe in empowering my clients with the right insights so they can make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.

Beyond real estate, I have a deep love for brunch culture, which I celebrate through my Instagram page, @OfficialBrunchQueen. For me, brunch is more than a meal—it’s a whole vibe. It’s about community, connection, and creating unforgettable experiences.

I’m excited to continue growing with helping people make smart, strategic moves and, of course, discovering the next best brunch spot along the way!

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
So much has changed since our last conversation! For starters, I completed my Doctorate degree – one of the most challenging endeavors of my entire life. I give all glory to God. There were so many days where I wanted to quit because I was working a full-time job while seeking terminal degree. The drive for my grandmother to see me walk across the stage kept me going. I also had two amazing women serve as my committee chairs and they assisted me across the finish line to a successful defense.

Aside from that, I have officially developed my consulting firm, Peach Bloom Collective, LLC. I’m excited for what’s to come there. I’ve traveled a lot more, made new friendships and deepened existing ones, and been more intentional about life.

My grandmother recently passed which was something that has been incredibly hard on me. She was my buddy – we would talk almost all of the time about her life experiences, and she would of course want to know what was on my list next to achieve. Her death has caused a birth in a sense where I feel like my values and purpose are becoming more aligned with actually enjoying the human experience rather than chasing my next moment of success. I like that for me.

Alright, so let’s do something a bit more fast-paced and lighthearted. We call this our lightning round and we’ll ask you a few quick questions.

Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
I ask myself what actually matters. – Not just right now, but in the long run. I try to zoom out and think, Will this decision still matter in a year? Five years? If the answer is no, I stop stressing over it. If the answer is yes, I give it more thought.

I trust my gut, but I check it with logic. – Sometimes, I know what I want to do, but I pause and ask myself, Is this really the best move, or am I just choosing the easy way out? I try to balance intuition with facts.

I ask myself, ‘Will I regret not doing this?’ – This question helps me a lot. If I know I’ll look back and wish I had taken a certain path, then I go for it—even if it’s scary.
