We had the good fortune of connecting with Cheryl Graham and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cheryl, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting IVybe wasn’t just about launching a business—it was about creating a movement for high performers who refuse to let burnout, fatigue, or depletion slow them down. As a proactive wellness nurse, I saw a gap in how busy entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes prioritized their health. They were running multimillion-dollar businesses, making high-stakes decisions, yet neglecting the very thing that fuels their success—their bodies.

I wanted to change that. My thought process was simple: What if I could bring elite-level hydration, recovery, and performance optimization directly to those who need it most? Instead of making self-care an afterthought, I wanted to make it an intentional, convenient, and results-driven experience.

I envisioned IVybe as more than just IV hydration—it’s a high-performance curated wellness solution, designed for those who demand excellence in every area of life. My goal was to not only provide premium IV therapy but also to educate and empower my clients to optimize their energy, longevity, and vitality so they can thrive at their highest level—without compromise.

What should our readers know about your business?
IVybe Wellness Solutions is a movement for high performers who refuse to settle for burnout, fatigue, and sluggish recovery; it isn’t just about IV Hydration. The name IVybe stands for Infused Vitamins Your Body Embraces, because every drip I curate is designed to fuel, restore, and optimize the body at a cellular level. But it’s deeper than that—it’s about creating an intentional lifestyle where wellness becomes a non-negotiable.

When I say, “Let me curate your vybe,” I mean exactly that—I want you to Visualize Yourself Better Everyday. My clients are always pushing the limits, so I help them create the energy, focus, and resilience they need to thrive. What sets IVybe apart is that I don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions—I tailor every experience to match the demands of my clients’ lifestyles, ensuring they get exactly what their body needs to perform at its peak.

Building IVybe has been a journey of faith, resilience, and constant unlearning, and relearning. I had to start ugly and just do it making necessary tweaks along the way. I couldn’t allow that initial idea of waiting for the luxury sprinter van to start, or wait for things to be perfect to start. Those things would’ve halted me from beginning the journey. I’m simply grateful I had people on my side to help me see beyond everything being “perfect” before I started. Listening to Nehemiah Davis gave me the wake-up call I needed—“Why wait? Start with what you have.” So, I did. I showed up with my expertise, my passion, and my willingness to serve. I still provide a mobile wellness experience unlike anything else. That decision to start before I felt “ready” was the game-changer. I’ve faced obstacles—doubt, setbacks, and the pressure of navigating business as a solo entrepreneur. But every challenge reinforced a key lesson: Consistency beats perfection, and the only real failure is not starting.

I learned to lean into community—having my husband, Kirk, by my side, and being surrounded by powerful entrepreneurs like David Shands and my Morning Meetup family, who remind me daily that success is about execution, not just ideas.

IVybe is more than a service—it’s a commitment to longevity, vitality, and peak performance. It’s about making wellness effortless for those who don’t have time to slow down. My mission is to ensure that high performers don’t just succeed in business—but that they feel incredible while doing it and are able to maintain their slight edge.

So, whether you’re an entrepreneur grinding day in and day out, an athlete pushing your limits, or someone who just wants to feel recharged, focused, and unstoppable—let me curate your vybe. Because the best version of you is waiting to show up.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my besties were visiting and I wanted to show them the best time ever….here’s an itinerary I’d go by. I know we’d have a fabulous time enjoying these spaces and experiencing them together would be icing on the cake. I would name our week: Atlanta Vibes: A Week of Food, Culture & Fun….

Day 1: Welcome & Chill – Start with breakfast at Atlanta Breakfast Club, stroll through Piedmont Park & the beltline, grab a healthy bite at Local Green Atlanta, and enjoy rooftop cocktails at SkyLounge.

Day 2: Art & Soul – Kick off with coffee at Black Coffee ATL, brunch at Le Petit Marché, explore the High Museum of Art, savor Afro-Caribbean flavors at Rock Steady, and wrap up with live music at City Winery.

Day 3: Fitness & Fun – Energize with a Home Depot Backyard workout, indulge at Blendz Friendz for THE BEST açaí bowl, lunch at Slutty Vegan, relax at Jeju Sauna, dine at Fishmonger, and laugh the night away at Uptown Comedy Corner.

Day 4: Black Excellence & Culture – Brunch at Breakfast at Barney’s, dive into history at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, enjoy elevated soul food at Twisted Soul, and sip craft cocktails at Bar Vegan.

Day 5: Shopping & Hidden Gems – Browse Westside Provisions District, feast at Busy Bee Cafe, visit the Trap Music Museum, enjoy a second round of Rock Steady, and chill on the rooftop of Spaceman.

I find that Atlanta is a city that’s alive with culture, creativity, and energy, and it’s a city of movers, shakers, and innovators—everywhere you turn, there’s something inspiring to experience and always something exciting happening!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Success is never a solo journey, and I owe a huge part of mine to the people who have poured into me, challenged me, and lifted me up along the way.

I want to say my biggest supporter and backbone is my husband, Kirk. He has been my rock, my encourager, and my sounding board through every stage of this journey. His unwavering belief in me has been the fuel I needed on days when doubt tried to creep in.

Secondly, it was Nehemiah Davis who stepped in and completely shifted my mindset when I was overcomplicating my start. I met Neo in the hallway at an event and while I was introducing myself, I told him “I had a dream we were sitting at a table talking business.” He stopped and sat down with me as I explained my vision of IVybe. I saw a my business operating out of a fully customized sprinter van—a mobile wellness oasis where my high-performing clients could receive top-tier IV hydration in a luxurious setting. But I let that big vision hold me back. That’s when Neo hit me with a simple but game-changing question; “Why wait for the sprinter van? Get started with the car you have now.”

That one statement changed everything for me. I realized that success isn’t about waiting for the perfect setup—it’s about moving forward with what you have and trusting that the right doors will open. If you believe in what you can do; go out and build it. Don’t quit on yourself.

And I can’t forget about David Shands and my Morning Meetup family—a community of driven entrepreneurs who continue to challenge me, uplift me, and remind me that success is a journey we don’t walk alone. Having a circle of like-minded, growth-focused individuals has been invaluable.

To all of them—I’m deeply grateful. Their belief in me has helped me push past my own limitations, take bold action, and step into the vision I was called to create.
