We had the good fortune of connecting with Dior The Chocolate Doll and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dior The Chocolate Doll, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I’m not afraid of a challenge so I definitely take risk if need be. Never know if that one little risk will change your career tremendously. I have taken risk as far as doing things a lot of people doubted me to do with my career and it helped shape me to a bigger star.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from others because I am a woman with many talents. Professional model/ cover girl/ actress/ music artist/ producer/ fashion designer/dancer and more. I’m proud of myself for overcoming every obstacle including open heart surgery and made an even bigger name for my brand. It wasn’t easy it took a lot of grind. A lot of sweat and tears literally. And even when it got lonely at the top I still made it happen.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my bestie wanted to do a week long trip we would definitely grab some margaritas every day lol I love to cook so more than likely where ever we would go I would get an Airbnb and throw down in the kitchen at least half the days. I also know we would hit up a few clubs /parties. And definitely the mall. I would probably find a good place that makes seafood boils.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without Jesus Christ himself. So I have to give a shout out to god for directing me in the path he designed for me. And even when I have no one else when times get rough he was merciful and held me down. I also wouldn’t be the woman I am today if it wasn’t for my granny. She raised me since the age of 6 and was my backbone in anything I put my mind to. She was the person that actually put me into modeling when I was a child. Unfortunately she passed away unexpectedly in 2021 to COVID so that made me live me dreams out even more to make her proud. Rest in heaven to my granny. Lastly I have to give a shout out to my children. They are the reason I wake up and grind daily. They are the reason I have the strength that I have today. Shout out to my two boys King and Kartier , mommy love you.
