We had the good fortune of connecting with Nia Imani and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nia, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I’m originally from Stockton, California, and have been living in Atlanta since 2004. Ever since I can remember, I felt like my hometown was too small for my BIG dreams. I grew up in an era of crime-filled neighborhoods, where kids were more likely to become a statistic than a success. I knew early on that I was different and always stood out from the crowd.

My family wasn’t supportive, which made life very complex and difficult as a young girl. However, I was determined to break out of the box. Moving to Atlanta was the jumpstart I needed to build my business. It gave me a sense of belonging, community, and ultimately the atmosphere to ignite my path toward purpose.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Fabulous Life International is the place where my destiny has unveiled its true meaning. I’ve allowed my FAITH to increase and commanded FEAR to decrease. After years of soul-searching, I’ve been blessed with the vision to create a business model that has built a foundation for me to have it all:

PEACE, POWER & PROFITS!

My personal journey as a BUSINESSWOMAN has opened the door for me to develop a solid professional platform. I’ve been able to establish a career with over 15 years of experience in the industry. I’m building an empire that will create GENERATIONAL WEALTH for my children.

I’ve held various corporate positions ranging from Loan Officer, Loan Processor, to Loan Review Analyst. I knows the real estate process from all sides of the deal. I’m a survivor of domestic violence, teenage pregnancy, homelessness, financial hardship, divorce, and depression. Determined to live a life of abundance and triumph. I began this journey to turn my life around. I’ve always had the FAB FACTOR and developed a BOLD personality early in life.

I bought my first home at age 23. Fortunately, it turned out to be my first investment property too. In 2005, when I put it on the market in preparation for my relocation to Atlanta, the home had tripled in value. That transaction opened my eyes to the possibilities that could be created through real estate.

Before embarking on a career as a Real Estate Agent, I became a first-generation entrepreneur. I’m an award-winning entrepreneur who started a successful commercial janitorial service at age 24 with a small investment of less than $100. Within one year, I secured over seven government contracts. I personally believe that when you create a WEALTH-BUILDING BLUEPRINT and work your plan, the sky is the limit.

After obtaining her Georgia Real Estate License in 2007, I went on to establish a profitable real estate practice. Within six months, clients flew in from California, Florida, and New York to do business. My magnetic personality opened the door to an amazing endeavor that is still growing today. In 2023, I’ve expanded the empire by launching Fabulous Life Investments, a modern mobile home consulting agency specializing in providing innovative and affordable housing solutions for buyers and sellers. Our goal is to establish a culture that blends tiny homes and container homes. Mobile homes are really the industry OG!

Honestly, there’s so much more to share. Last but not least, I’m an AWARD-WINNING ENTREPRENEUR. God has positioned me to impact women all over the world.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My entire family still lives in California so when they’re in town it’s truly a blessing. I create a full blown itinerary which includes something for everyone. 1st stop will be a few of my favorite places. Riding bikes and scooters on the beltline, eating at a few good restaurants in the area. Ladybird, Verdure Kitchen &The Roof At Ponce. Then we’ll head to my favorite movie theater located at colony square. After that we’ll explore the outdoors on some of the best walking trails, The bamboo forest in Roswell, Sweetwater Creek and Cascade Nature Preserve.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without hesitation it would be my daughter. She was my very 1st Spiritual Healer. Her wisdom has taught me so many valuable lessons over the years.
