We had the good fortune of connecting with Sherri Schofield and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sherri, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is the value of building strong relationships with clients. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people who have not only contributed to my success but have also become loyal clients of Cleaners Confidential. I believe that trust and reliability are the cornerstones of any good business relationship. That’s why I founded Cleaners Confidential – to offer a cleaning service that goes above and beyond in both quality and customer care. We prioritize professionalism and make sure to exceed expectations, ensuring that our clients always feel comfortable and confident with the services we provide.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Cleaners Confidential started from a personal realization – that there was a real need for a trustworthy, high-quality cleaning service in my community. I used to work full-time in professional services, so I know firsthand how important it is to have a clean and welcoming home or office, especially when time is limited. However, I struggled to find a cleaning company that was reliable and detail-oriented. This experience motivated me to start Cleaners Confidential, where we focus on meticulous cleaning and using the right products for every surface. It’s been a journey with its ups and downs, but seeing the difference we make in our clients’ lives is incredibly rewarding. What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering a pristine environment every time, and that dedication is something I’m very proud of.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, we’d start our adventure at Atlanta Breakfast Club for a delicious meal after landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. Then, we’d head to the Georgia Aquarium – it’s an absolute must-see for anyone visiting the city! Since I’m based in North Fulton, we’d spend the next few days exploring this vibrant area. We’d catch a Braves game at Truist Park, enjoy a concert at the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, and take a scenic drive up to North Georgia for its beautiful views, wineries, and breweries. As a dog lover, a visit to Off Leash, the new dog park in Alpharetta, would be on our itinerary too. To cap off the trip, we’d spend a day exploring the charming mountain towns of North Georgia, soaking in the natural beauty and local culture. It’s a perfect mix of city fun and nature’s tranquility!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to give a shoutout to Leah Jackson, the owner of Lily Magnolia Marketing. Leah has been an invaluable partner in helping Cleaners Confidential grow, providing expert marketing strategies that have attracted both residential and commercial clients. She truly listens to my business goals and creates customized plans that reflect our brand’s values and mission. Leah’s dedication and professionalism are second to none, and I am incredibly grateful for her support in helping us reach new heights.
