We had the good fortune of connecting with Katrina Wall and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Katrina, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The idea of entrepreneurship and taking control of my own business has always been a dream of mine. I am motivated by the ability to work every day towards maximizing my personal potential and the idea that with my own business, there is always room for growth. My ultimate goal was to help as many people as possible learn about home ownership and building wealth through real estate. Being able to serve my community and take advantage of the endless opportunities that come with owning a business are some of the things I love about being an entrepreneur.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

With my background in communication and top-notch customer service, I am proud to provide my clients with a personalized experience that helps them achieve their real estate goals. In addition, I have extensive knowledge of the city and the surrounding suburbs, which allows me to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on each client’s needs.
Getting to where I am today in my business has been a challenging but rewarding journey. I’ve had to face various obstacles and get out of my comfort zone to reach new heights. Through hard work and dedication to my clients, I’ve been able to overcome challenges and achieve success in my business.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned along the way is the significance of building strong relationships with my clients. By listening to their unique needs and providing exceptional service, I can establish trust and build a loyal customer base.
Ultimately, my goal is to provide a superior real estate experience that is built on trust, integrity, and a deep knowledge of the Atlanta area. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, I am here to help guide you every step of the way and help you achieve your goals.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, I would start by taking them to some of the city’s most iconic attractions. We would begin with a trip to the Georgia Aquarium, one of the largest aquariums in the world, followed by a visit to the High Museum of Art, a world-class art museum known for its impressive collections.
For dining, we would start our day with brunch at The Flying Biscuit Café, one of my favorite spots for southern-style breakfasts. For lunch, we would have to visit R. Thomas Deluxe Grill, a unique, eclectic restaurant which offers healthy options in a cozy outdoor setting.
In the afternoons, we would explore some of Atlanta’s top outdoor attractions, such as Piedmont Park or Chastain Park, where we could go for a walk, have a picnic, or catch an outdoor concert. We could also rent some bird scooters and cruise around the city to explore more of the sights. I would also make sure they did not miss the Botanical Gardens, one of my favorite places in the city.
In the evenings, we would check out some of Atlanta’s top restaurants and bars, such as the upscale Thai restaurant Nan, or O-Ku sushi restaurant and covered rooftop bar. For a night out, we would hit up some of the city’s best music venues, such as the Tabernacle or the Variety Playhouse, to catch a show.
During the week, we would explore some of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods, such as Inman Park or the Old Fourth Ward, both of which offer unique architecture, local shops, and restaurants. We would also check out the Atlanta BeltLine, a 22-mile trail that connects many of the city’s parks and neighborhoods.
Overall, Atlanta has so much to offer visitors, from its rich history to its vibrant food and music scenes. I would be excited to show my best friend all the fun, interesting, and exciting things that the city has to offer.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to several people in my life who have helped me along my journey. Firstly, my boyfriend, whose unwavering support has given me the courage to pursue a new venture. Without his constant encouragement, I wouldn’t have taken the leap of faith to start something new. He has always been there for me, even during moments when I didn’t believe in myself. I am also grateful to my parents for their support and how my mother has helped me spread the word about my business. Additionally, I am thankful for the many mentors who have guided me on my path to success. I would not be where I am today without the help and support of these incredible individuals.
