We had the good fortune of connecting with Kimber Tiernan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kimber, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I don’t know if I actual had a thought process as it all came about very organically. My first career was in the music industry and there I had a lot of freedom to create my own schedule and work from home, but I quit in order to raise my kids. After my divorce, I found myself bartending, and while it was an amazing job as a single mom, I knew I wanted freedom and personal sovereignty over my schedule and I wanted to be make a difference in people’s lives. I have always been deeply spiritual, so as I was trying to figure out how to forge a new career that felt more in alignment to who I truly was, I began taking yoga teacher trainings, healing courses, and the like. At the time, people asked me, “What are you doing?” And I answered, “I don’t know. I am building something, I just don’t know exactly what that is.” I was committed to staying present and to allow whatever was going to unfold to unfold. I still run my business like that. I follow my highest excitement and I follow where the energy is taking me. I have found that that’s where the magic is. I could have never imagined it would grow into teaching classes and having sessions with the most amazing people from all around the world.

What should our readers know about your business?
Because of some of the things I went through in life (childhood trauma and an intense Twin Flame journey), I live and breathe the bigger questions in life: why we are here, where we are from, where we are going, and how do we navigate life on Earth? With that being said, I study, read, meditate, and learn a lot. I have also had many incredible, mystical experiences that have led me to deep knowings and truths about this cosmos, along with several Dark Nights of the Soul that took me on an even deeper journey to understanding how to heal. My natural inclination is to figure it out to the best of my ability and then turn around to help others. I have a deep desire to bring magic into people’s lives, but I also have an ability to hold people through intense trauma with love and compassion. I am most proud of the spiritual courses that I create, from Certified Akashic Record Trainings, Quantum Leap into a Parallel Reality, Diving Deep with the Goddess, This Harmonic Universe, etc.. They are very content rich and are put together with great love. The community we have built is so beautiful and heart-centered. The shifts I see in students blows me away.

It has not always been easy. Not having a steady income as I grew my client list brought up a lot of money fears for me that I have had to work through. Initially, it was very challenging to charge for my services as I wanted to give everything away for free, but I learned that people need to place a value on what they are getting. When they feel they have invested, then they actually will do the work to create changes in their own lives. I have had to learn my own value as a healer/teacher and I still struggle with that at times. And along with that, learning to have boundaries is also an ongoing lesson for me to navigate. The way I overcome these challenges is exactly how I teach my clients to heal and that is by doing inner child work, shadow work, self-inquiry, and loving myself enough to create a new reality.

Through either Akashic Record Readings, Healing Sessions, meditations, or classes, I know I create a very nurturing environment for deep healing and an openness to access the higher dimensions and also the ability to show you how to do it for yourself.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people (teachers, healers, friends, and relationships) and books (Autobiography of a Yogi, Bhagavad Gita, The Law of One, The Vedas, The Cosmic Game, etc.) that I could name and pontificate about, but I believe the biggest shoutout goes to my kids, Elijah and Micah. They have been incredibly supportive and flexible as I have built this business. In the early years, we went through many hardships and even had to navigate the sudden loss of their dad, but through it all, we have remained a team and are very loving and supportive of each other. I cannot imagine having a closer and more beautiful family unit. My daughter, Micah, has really stepped up and has become the creative part of my brand. I could not do what I do without her emotional support and beautiful imagery.
