We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristi Oliver and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristi, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is LIVING my brand. There is never a time when I am “off .” As I live, so does my brand. It is an integral part of me, and I am an integral part of it.

I always tell my clients that we are all living, walking, breathing billboards of our brands. A logo, color scheme, and tagline does not constitute a brand. They are merely aspects of your brand assets.

The truth is, EVERY encounter an individual has with our brands has the power to generate thoughts, feelings, emotions, personal identification, and even spiritual connections. From our appearance (inward and outward), to our email addresses, to the moment they walk into our stores (online or brick and mortar). Evoking these sensory responses helps strengthen your brand’s identity and position your products and/or services to cultivate a memorable and lasting brand experience.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At the House of KRISTIONNE™, we have built our brand and our clients’ brand on the foundation of consistently delivering a memorable brand experience to increase customer loyalty and lasting connections. We pride our brand on being authentic and intentional.

Business-wise, the House of KRISTIONNE™ was birthed through many trials, errors, and mistakes but most importantly, trust in God’s purpose. However, when we started this journey, we knew one thing for sure; He never said it would be easy, but it would be worth it!

Through our SIMPleFramework™, our services are designed to aid you in developing your brand’s Strategy, Identity, Messaging & Purpose. We created this framework to teach you how to get others to understand and connect to the greater purpose of YOUR why. No one understands your product or service better than you. So, If you are not ready to commit the energy, time, and resources required to get the intentional results, then this is likely not the process for you. But if you are, we are looking for LONG-TERM partnerships.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Honesty, I am very much so a nerd and quite the introvert. So I hope you are ready to talk strategy because I eat, sleep and drink branding. I will analyze everything from commercials, logos on trucks or cars, and mailers to the brand experience at a restaurant. Not in a critical way, but in a way that helps others to see what they don’t see. I love to hear the excitement of others when they can visualize an element from a different perspective.

Now, of course, we can do this while walking through a local park, eating a great dinner (Mom’s Lasagna- YES!) while enjoying a cocktail at Maggiano’s, or people-watching and drinking a green tea latte from Starbucks.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! To my Heavenly Father, whom I give ALL of the Glory, my talent comes from Him.

My family; husband (Eugene “Kenny”), children (Christion & Haley Joyce), mom, dad, and sissy. My clients; who trust me to bring their vision to fruition.
