Hi Tameshia, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
This is a great question. My work life balance have changed drastically over the years. At the beginning, I was all over the place. Working 9-6 and still coming home attempting to grow and stay dedicated to my company. Within time…I have learned and grown to set everything in order. From the time I wake up to the time I place my son to sleep. Some days, I will stay up over 24 hours to get the job done. Naps are important though, and I always have my timer ready when I feel myself needing a rejuvenating nap.

Being able to live, be a full time single mother, and run a corporation is difficult. But knowing what you want and why you are doing this in the first place, is enough drive to keep things moving smoothly. If there’s a will, there’s a way!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Kings bundle is based off herbal and beauty care. Instead of me jumping into owning my own retailer, I decided to think bigger. On a large scale, I am currently all over the US and Canada with my products. Thanks to my two Walmart deals, I am able to provide my health and care in 2 countries, soon will be expanding to Europe. This is the most prideful and excited moment I’ve encountered so far. And hope to collaborate with other large retailers as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate my hard work and devotion to my grandmother and mother. These two ladies have helped me grow into the woman I am today, and keep me motivated when I think otherwise. I love them dearly.
