Hi Your Dream Designed, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

Your Dream Designed was created in August 2020 when a group of friends decided to step out of their comfort zones and pursue a career in event design. Our goal and main focus is to create a business that allows us to use our creativity and turn our passion into financial freedom.We are a self taught group of women who have an eye for design and a passion for making our clients dreams turn to reality. Having our own business has challenged us in the best way and together we have created memorable events. What was once a dream turned into reality for us, now we are Your Dream Designed, LLC.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Your Dream Designed is a luxury design company who turns event dreams into reality! We go above and beyond to give the most luxurious event a client could ask for. Our attention to detail and genuine passion is what will always set us apart. We love our clients and strive to give the best customer service possible. A luxury service from beginning to end.

New journeys are always exciting and we got to this point in our business with a lot of hard work and dedication towards our passion. From learning different design techniques to understanding standard business fundamentals has made this process possible. Through taking risk and believing in ourselves we have built something special. But like any other business, navigating our personal lives while trying to build a successful business can be challenging but it is completely feasible! We have been putting forth the effort to find a balance between our personal and business lives and our business has grown drastically since our change.

We know the feeling of wanting more for ourselves and the people around us. We are a small group of friends building a foundation for us and our family through a passion we love to do. We never really thought this is where each of our paths would lead to but with God and prayer we believe we are headed in the right direction. Over 10 years ago when our friendship began, we were all young girls with different dreams and aspirations. After many years of sleepovers, lunch dates, late night and early morning phone calls, and an ample amount of growth and maturity, we all discovered a love and passion for event designing which brought us to the idea of turning our dreams into a reality.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many amazing places to see in Atlanta! We unfortunately don’t get out much because of our busy schedules but when we do, one of our favorite things to do is brunch at Toast on Lenox! The food and drinks are always great. Another place we would take our besties is Ponce City Market. There are so many great restaurants and shops and an amazing rooftop area!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost we want to shoutout all the members on our team! Domonique Le’Vell, Christel Kerdahi, Kia Lang, Christina Kerdahi and Christie Kerdahi for always making power moves to elevate our business. We are forever grateful for our family and friends. From the beginning of our journey until now they have been unconditionally supportive.
