We had the good fortune of connecting with Keisha Dixon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Keisha, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I decided to start my own business, I was in my 32nd year in executive leadership at some of the most prominent corporate law firms in the world. My mid-six figure paycheck was a blessing on paper, and I was secretly miserable.
I knew I desired more, and that I desired to coach women to their version of abundance and success.
As a single mother of 6, with a mid-six-figure lifestyle and debt to match, I felt tied to those golden handcuffs. So I gave myself a year to gather up the courage, and the clientele, to replace my income in my coaching business.
A year came and guess what? I was no closer to walking away from corporate leadership than when I had first started. I doubled-down and spent the following 12 weeks doing an internal deep dive, audit my mindset (especially around Income and Income Goals), and examined how deserving and worthy I felt without the titles, without the staff, without the paycheck, without the bonuses.
12 weeks later I woke up (in all the ways) and knew with every fiber of my being that I deserved happiness and to have my desires met. I knew that like I know my name is Keisha. It was unshakeable knowing from the core of my being.
I phoned in my immediate resignation that morning, and haven’t looked back since.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a wealth embodiment coach, I am the creator of:
Monetize Your Mind;
The Brilliant Life; and
Thrive
coaching containers; and author of
Intention: Command Your Day – 90 Days Of Abundance and Manifestation
I help women entrepreneurs who have hit a wall in their income, by guiding them through a step-by-step process to uncover their blocks and create financial breakthroughs doing the work they feel passionate about.
My imagination is my superpower, and led to my success in corporate, and now in my own coaching business.
I see 100s of possibilities/outcomes to everyday circumstances, there are no corners to be backed up against in my world.
I coach women to embody their wealth, from a place of compassion, empathy, and authenticity, because that was the area I struggled with the most, even while earning mid-six in corporate.
Doing the work and embodying my own wealth has created the biggest pay-off in ALL areas of my life and provided healing for deep-seated personal and generational traumas. Money has been a happy byproduct. My clients have a similar experience with my work.
I bring my clairsentience, claircognizance, clairalience, clairgustance, and clairvoyance with me in my coaching sessions, as I encourage my clients to embrace their mess and their miracle. That’s where the magic begins.
What really sets me apart are the results my clients receive (even from my free challenges). Results like:
Going from $5K months to $50K month within a 10-day period;
Receiving a $75,000 scholarship while participating in my free $20K challenge;
Receiving a $38,000 contract during 1:1 work together
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
