Hi Ais, how does your business help the community?
We have recently adapted to the new norm in our hospitality and restaurant space. During the pandemic we had time to revamp our new approach and address the new issues like staffing shortages which directly effects service standards and ultimately the bottom line. My team and I have reintroduced new training methods to our clients and a different way to turn the new age worker into a top notch service machine. We found that this was needed in so many ways. In the last year restaurants, bars and even hotels have been busy filling in positions in order to just get opened and operate. With demand high, people are out again, spending money and eating at their favorite restaurants. But, with staffing issues, these restaurants have been forced to hire any and everyone to fill in the gaps. This has already proven to take a toll on service. I recently visited my favorite breakfast spot in atlanta and for the first time in years, I walked off with out being sat or eating. Me and many others experienced the same attitude and rude behavior at the hostess stand. I know that this was a direct result of staffing shortages and filling in the gaps with anyone in order to simply operate. We are a team of investors, consultants and operators in the restaurant and bar space. We have adapted to the new norm in our space and plan on expanding and scaling.
