Hi Macy, what do you attribute your success to?
Working in a Popular demand Industry such as the hair extensions industry, you have to set aside by being different.Starting my foundation to my brand (Gla’Noir Essential LLc.) I set aside from different hair companies because of my originality and my professionalism. It’s rare nowadays in our generation of entrepreneurs/business owners. Everybody wants to be/become a boss and everybody wants to be an entrepreneur but professionalism and knowing how to carry yourself as a business owner is top priority. Everyone can sell the same thing in this world but your brand can stand out in the crowd just because of your foundation. My dedication towards my faith in my business as my hustle turns it into a full responsibility of mine. As an example I don’t have a website for my business only due to the fact I want to be hands-on with my customers & intact if needed as assistance. My conversations between customers while ordering are very informational & detailed. Customers are receiving the best quality in my products along with amazing customer service. I provide the professional customer service in 24 hour chat services available to my customers to ask me anything available even if it’s already on my business pages via direct message or business phone. I’ve put my all into building Gla’Noir Essential LLc. foundation for greatness. Setting a standard setting goals for my business monthly, weekly and yearly to achieve that faithfully stick too. What makes me different from a normal hair company is you will receive what you pay for via service, quality in my products, and a person you know that’s open to serve their customers needs/wants. The success behind my brand is stability, dedication, faith in my process and being myself through my process. Those keys will bring you far with being a professional successful business owner.

Gla’Noir Essential LLc. Started off Desires & Dreams Growing up wanting to involve myself making others where a brand of my own. I’m fascinated with women/young women looking good and feeling their best. My brain was inspired to satisfy people’s self-esteem through your hair. My business quote “ Quality over Quantity” You’re getting the value of what you’re paying for. Every purchase that I get from my customers is an investment. You’re trusting me to satisfy your needs while investing in my business to get your satisfaction in the quality from the company’s products. Being a business owner I uphold myself to live out to high standards and always take accountability to be above statistics as a black business owner in today’s society. Rule number one in entrepreneurship in today’s generation is being professional and having respect for your customers no matter the circumstances . Gla’Noir Essential LLc. provides direct communication to each one of our customers. When a customer wants to purchase an item they want to know what they are investing their money in. So when a customer comes to me, I’m already giving them background history and asking them questions providing feedback about my quality of products. Starting this business was not easy or balancing in my life at the time. I started my brand while I was in high school transitioning to college studying Communication minor in Biology PreMed but I stay focused balancing my academics with my personal life. Once you have a goal, stick with it and watch it grow by manifesting the things that you know God designed you to be. Set aside the Rumors, Hatred & Tarnishing backlash that you get from negative individuals still be yourself through your process standing firm on your business. I grew with my business as it expands. I want to set aside from each hair company to have direct contact where nowadays you can go on social sites (Websites) for you to purchase from the company but I’d prefer you to have direct contact with the business owner or someone who works for the company directly . Feeling secure while making a purchase knowing that you’re going to get the best quality, the best customer service, and fast shipping is all in one amazing service. Owning a business by being a business owner is not easy at all or for those who are impatient and don’t know how to simply communicate with individuals that you have never spoken to before or never even seen before. Professionalism owning a business will bring you far in your career and with the foundation of your brand. I honestly want people to know that starting a business can be easy but starting a business you have to be grounded and have a strong foundation. I remained myself through the process but I have grown as a woman in every aspect in my life. Roman 8:18 “The Pain That You Been Feeling Can’t Compare To The Joy That’s Coming.” I’m not perfect but I’m worth it. People might Love me or even hate me but I will never stop dedicating time to my Goals. No matter your situations in life friends hate and Family envy nobody can’t be pleased by your intentions. Life’s purpose has taught me to just keep it moving. Your road will never end no matter how many accidents you see on your journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, All my mediate friend group are business persons so a weekend getaway is getting more money or relaxation nothing too much. A bragging moment my friends are in medical school, social workers, hustlers & students. People like to stay focused so a weekend getaway to the spa or therapy will have a lovely vibe. The club scene is over at my age even though I’m young but grown out of it.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Honestly, I will love to give a special shout out to all my customers, brand ambassadors and all the support/love I get from strangers. I get a lot of regnozation from people that do not know me but see my potential/dedication that I put into my business and to my name in general as an individual. Each person who follows me on social media sees me through my post and my accomplishments that I let people see through the media. I only post on social sites what I want people to know, I am a very private person but open. The way I strive, grind and hustle to inspire people that no matter your back story, it’s still possible. I want my struggles to look like gold to others as motivation. I never had growing up as a young woman.When I’m at my lowest people look at me like I’m perfect but nobody is perfect. We all are human with life problems & concerns but everyday is worth living up to something!
