I have spent the past decade studying implicit bias and Ive found through my research and practice that there are strategies that help individuals become conscious of their own biases and how it impacts their behaviors . I see my business as helping the world because my trainings help increase awareness about how individuals may be perpetuating racial, gender, sexual orientation and so many other stereotypes in their personal lives, workplaces and communities.
