Meet J’Daja Williams | The Body Sculptice

We had the good fortune of connecting with J’Daja Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi J’Daja, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I actually did not have a vision board or a business plan when I started my business. My business was solely a faith step . Due to the pandemic I became homeless and I had no money or anything to lose . I knew I had nothing to fall back on I had no family or friends to ask for help so, I decided to use what was in my hands. when I moved to Georgia Back in December of 2018 I took a body contouring course but my intentions was to lose weight and get my body in shape . I had no idea a year later I would be contouring and certifying others in my field all over the world including five different states and one country- South Africa . All praises to The Most High. I can honestly say starting my own business has not only been one of the greatest things I’ve accomplished but I developed so many good characteristics traits that I can use throughout my entire life . Anyone who wants to start a business doesn’t necessarily need a plan although it does have its benefits but find out what your good at , something you do the best with the least amount of effort, 9/10 that’s your life purpose. I founded that my business was a dream an ambitious that I once put on the shelf. I am sculptice but behind Jsculpt doors Im a healer , I make a change in others lives I make a impact on so many women just by encouraging, and building up self esteem. I love what I do and I’m always looking to better myself, and my business.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is the The Alternative of Liposuction and BBl. I offer non surgical and non invasive treatments to contour and define the body. What sets Jsculpt body services apart from other cosmetics companies is that, I provide the most effective techniques for body sculpting. Weather I’m using wood therapy, ultrasonic cavitation, vacuuming cups . When you get off my table you will look like you had a tummy tuck or a real bbl. One of my favorite phrases I love to use is “My work is the truff” a lot of my clients know me as Dr. Jay lol . What makes me very pleased and happy just taking a step back outside from the business woman position is knowing I am truly changing the lives of some many people. When they leave my office in shock , and many in tears because I’ achieved their body goals .That’s actually makes me very happy it help build my confidence in my work. There’s been plenty of times when I wanted to give up but what kept me moving was my past. I knew there was no turn around from this , no going back this was a give it all or nothing. It was not easy because one of the biggest challenges I faced was being at war with my passions and not believing in myself. Life will bully you and make think that your dreams and goals are not achievable because of things we go through or because we looking at the next person life but it’s not true. I had to discipline myself and instead of being at war with my passions I made peace with it . I had to learn patience and be a friend of humility. I had to block out what I saw because your circumstances will lie to you , i understand I’m not defined by my faults but I acknowledge who I wanted to become I knew my imagination was everything and as long as I kept imagining better and greater things it soon became my reality. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned just by being a business owner is that never be afraid to fail in fact failure is a great teacher. If your not willing to fail , your not ready for success as much is given much is required that’s a universal law. If you want to build endurance in any aspect of your life be prepared to train for it and work at it . The moment you stop fighting for the things you want in life , everything you don’t want will deliver itself on a platter to you. What I want the world to remember me as is that I am a warrior , Jsculpt is a movement, no matter what life throws my way I have to overcome it’s not a option. You don’t get in life what you want , you get in life who you are.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I definitely have my to go places that I vouch for especially,If I had any friends or family visiting I would highly recommend the kool running restaurant for food it’s located in Norcross Georgia it’s about 7 minutes from my shop . Kool runnings is a Caribbean restaurant with amazing food and a welcoming atmosphere my personal favorite dish is the curry Goat . The food is always cooked fresh with good portions of food they are definitely not stingy with the Meat lol. I love the Norcross area it’s plenty of things to do . There’s also another restaurant I love called Mojitos, a Cuban restaurant it has a beautiful scenery with a touch of elegance for a nice dinner of two or a nice dress and heels type of night , however it gets very crowded during dinner time. I’m not really Of a drinker but when I do decide to have a drink I go to taco Mac , I always get the Bloody Mary with the queso dip , and just to top it off for desert Buffalo Wild Wings have the best ice cream , the ice cream is stuffed with a funnel cake and brownie it’s really good . I haven’t learned and explored around the city to much myself but I would definitely take my guest to one of my favorite places The battery it’s located in the Marietta area , the braves stadium. There’s so many restaurants , little shopping districts that visit often, I even rode the bull at the night club they had there.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I have to Give all the Glory and praises to God first. I told him if he delivered me from my situations I was going to let everybody know it was him. I also wanted to give a shoutout to my clients .They are who I spend majority of my time with. My clients are very family oriented and welcoming especially the ones that was with me before my shop , when I was working inside my 1bedroom apartment. Those same clients continued their services with me , some clients travel from camp creek all the way to norcross Georgia lol just to keep me as they sculptice. You guys motivate me everyday you are highly appreciated . I couldn’t just put a particular name because there’s many.
